Nature filming in the Planet Earth DVD's is excellent!! Blue planet is also an excellent view of the seas!

i haven't seen every single episode, but i watched several of them as they appeared on the discovery channel. i was utterly amazed by the footage i saw in front of me. i really gave me a whole new respect for the earth. so many things out there that we don't even know exist! WOW! props to the makers of this series. well worth watching!

I saw some of these on TV but didn't catch them all. These are worth every penny for the scenary alone. My daughter loves watching these with me. There is some very good information on the earth and how everything works together (animals, plants, earth.

Everyone should take the time to see how beautiful our planet Earth is...and what can be lost! This set of DVD was so well produced with breathtaking views of our little planet called Earth with all its inhabitants.

Wow this is really a grand DVD no wonder that Disney will bring this series to the big screen. As is they are on the works for a series of this type as this one in DVD's and maybe even as a 3D and that would be just wonderful. I do see the need of this series, it may change the way we see the problems we as humans will face soon if a change is not at hand in a near future, as equal the animal kingdom and what the planet is going with to much wast and pollution.

It was very informative and interesting. The videography was good and the science was reasonably sound.

Magnificent images, well narrated, interesting for all ages. A fantastic series! Each episode makes you feel as if you are right there as the footage is being shot. There is incredible quality to all of the cinematography.

It was cheaper than most, so I bought it. But the DVD although they look real, compared to the actual planet earth dvds from US/CANADA, aren't real. The quality of the video is sub par, and the labeling is sketchy.

Every home should own these. Never before have I seen such amazing photography and cinematography of the entire planet and its oceans! Worth every penny no matter how much you pay. The research & information the BBC has accumulated over a 10 year span is overwhelming but can be taken in again & again & again from the comfort of your own living room. Although evolution is mentioned throughout, you definitely have to ponder intelligent creation after observing the planet's intricate balances and designs. Absolutely wonderful! Highly, highly recommended!

Simply put, this DVD set which includes the Planet Earth and Blue Planet series is amazing. 10 discs of the series which have been aired on TV plus many, many hours of additional behind the scenes footage. After watching just a few episodes I realized how beautiful our planet is. It is truly incredible.

All of the rave and reviews of this documentary did not do it justice. Words cannot explain the true magnitude of the actual pictures and action captured. It far exceded every expectation that I had of it.

I would receommend it to every family to at least rent it and view if not able to purchase.

These DVD's will definitely change the way you see your plante. I was blown away by the amazing videography. I love these DVD's they are a fantastic teaching tool!

I don't watch much TV but like nature documentary I actually had 5 disc of this set but the price was cheap enough that I could just buy both and give the other set away. I like the information it has in it and the photography. I decided to buy it because I saw parts of it at my sister-in-laws house and wanted to get it for myself.

Love the scenery, nature, and how it was all captured on fill. Some breath taking shots. Some of the stuff, I don't know how they were able to capture it on film.

The cinematography for this documentary is amazing. There are so many things you learn about the different parts of the natural world. There are amazing results of natural processes that you would never see anywhere else but on this DVD set. It is educational, but I am never bored with it. I love it!

Got both series. These are some of the finest natural history components for a television series ever produced for television. These set a high standard that will remain for a long long time, and become classics for generations to come.

These movies are beautiful quality with the feeling of being there in real life. A must have for any nature lover.
