Saw the play at Westchester Broadway Theatre. Since I love the ALW version (8 times and 3 recordings), I was skeptical. But this version has lovely, flowing melodies (if awkward verbiage) and a nice cast.
Richard White sang at NY City Opera in The New Moon (televised). Smooth rendition could benefit from a touch of angst. He's also known for the voice of Gaston in Beauty and the Beast.
There is a prettier clip floating around of Kristen Chenoweth singing Home and My True Love, also Alex Syiek singing Where in the World which has any of the professional versions pinned to the mat.
