I really like to receive my items as soon as possible and this came two days later. Also when you by dvd or vhs on ebay its hard to know if your going to get the original or bootleg and this seller has the original product.
I like to workout with Paula and friends, the movements are easy, fast tempo, and it keeps me in shape. I decided to buy it because I had one previously, and for some reason, the tape was coming out of the cartridge, so I just had to have another one, they no longer sell them in the store, so I went on a search through ebay, and found it with no problems.

Pros: fun, upbeat music, great cardio workout
Cons: very difficult to learn the steps
Paula Abdul's Get Up and Dance is a fun, fast paced workout video for intermediate to advanced exercisers. Paula Abdul, along with two of her dancers and a large group of "everyday people", takes the viewer through many high energy dance steps, followed by a great stretch and abdominal exercises. The running time is approximately 1 hour. Exercising to a choreographed dance routine set to energizing music (mostly Abdul's) makes the workout time pass quickly and delivers a powerful cardio challenge. Abdul and her dancers are friendly, and their speech is easy to understand. The dance moves are..

Pros: fun, easy to learn dance steps
Cons: she should make more of these!
I have had this video for several years, and I still love it. Who knew that Paula I-sort-of-sing-on-all-my-records Abdul could come up with such a great exercise tape? The theme is great. Paula (or Paula's staff) recruited a whole fleet of ordinary non-professional-dancing people, and taught them all this workout of dance steps. She claims that "even if you have two left feet, and some of these people do, you can do all of these moves." She's absolutely right. I'm sure these people practiced for quite some time before taping the video, but they are obviously not professional dancers. This...

Pros: Motivating, Challenging
Cons: Little hard to do on Carpet
Paula Abdul's "Get Up and Dance" is a workout program combining both low and high impact aerobics. When I first popped it in the video I could not follow anything. It's a workout that you definitely need to learn the moves step by step. A first time dancer will definitely need to pause this video a lot, to learn the moves. Once you learn the steps it's pure fun to follow and it makes you forget the fact that you are exercising. People who like to dance but can't dance too well, can learn some good moves at the individual's own pace. The sit-up routine that works on all abdominal muscles is...

Too Fast Paced

Pros: Fun music to work out to
Cons: Impossible workout
I bought this video to workout to because I thought it would be fun and keep my interest. However it is just to difficult for a beginner. It teaches you complex dance moves one after another and expects a normal person with no dance experience to be able to keep up. Besides being physically exhausted I was perpetually three moves behind. It should be labeled as for advanced users because it is so fast paced I could not keep up with it. I am sure that if you had some experience with step or dance aerobics so that you were used to moving that quickly while out of breath, and remembering long...
