Great book for a healthier you!I really like this book. The colors and use of pictures as a visual really help get the point across in this information loaded book. Whether taking a class for certification in culinary arts or nursing, This is a good general purpouse reference book with food examples to give clear meanings to their definitions....
It is very interesting to read and you will learn alot of tricks to purchasing healthier food items the next time you stop at the grocery store. I needed this book to become a chef, but anyone can use it. It has many drawings as well as full colored bright pictures. It is very in depth and is sure to please anyones interest in regards to health concerns. PS Even our dietition (teacher) said this was the best book about nutrition she ever read!

The reasons I gave the poor rating because I have never recieved the item.
I had to wait three weeks and fianlly the seller send me an email they could not complete the transection. I was without my textbook for two weeks, if the seller known they didn't have the item they should let the buyer know right the way. Instead have them waiting for nothing.
