Northern Exposure: The Complete Series Giftset (2007, DVD)

I have not had a chance to watch all the DVD's yet, but I have already seen many episodes for the first time. It's nice to know I will finally see the whole series.

I was so surprized how fast my package arrived and what a great quality. I love it. Thank You very very much. Will be looking for other thing with you.

The package had been opened and some cases were damaged, but was advertised on your site as "BRAND NEW & SEALED in Box!" I'm currently trying to watch the entire series to make sure all the discs are alright. Thus far the discs are okay but am overall disappointed in the false advertising. Since this was to be a gift... in its condition, I cannot give it as a gift. If the gift recipient had opened an unseal package, it would have been alright, but as such, they would think I got it used or had used it myself.

The only thing good about this purchase was.... if the gift recipient like it I was considering get one for me... but apparently the seller made that choice for me and I bought a different gift to give.

So in this case, I recommend, "BUYER BEWARE"

I decided to buy the set because I was always a fan of Northern Exposure and could no longer find it in re runs on tv. I love it for the most part and the only dislike I have is that on a few of the dvd's there are portions where the sync is off for the voice -so the lip movement does not match the words. It only lasts a few seconds here and there so it is tolerable.

I love it. It is better than expected. A must for Northern Exposure fans. WoW!It has great packaging and is very clean. I have some single Northern Exposure DVDS but still this is a great buy for me.

We were big fans when it originally aired in the 90's. It is wonderful to watch all over again, with knowledge of the characters. We were surprised at the number of episodes we have no recollection of....perhaps we missed more than we thought.

I absolutely LOVED this series when it originally came on. I watched the entire thing and have watched it several times in syndication. Truly, my favorite episode is the pilot. I was sad to see it come to an end after Rob Morrow left but well... he thought he did the right thing at the time, I suppose. My hat's off to the creators and writers! Loved it then, love it now!

I work the graveyard shift that includes a lot of down time. So I'm able to watch DVD's throughout my 8 hours. So when I shop for new DVD for my collection it was Northern Exposure I was searching for. I'm not exactly sure how many years that Northern Exposure has been off the air. From time to time I would find that the reruns would appear on TV in the wee hours of the mornings. Just resently I was shopping in Best Buy and saw that the The complete series for $172.00 and with tax would have been at least $200.00 out the door. I thought that was too much to put out for one item, I thought about searching Ebay for the same item. I searched, I Bid and I won. I saved at least $60.00 making my purchase through ebay. It's always best to search ebay to save money!!!

Nothern Exposture is a very entertaining series. It's quirky & fun. It's been great to see some actors from their younger days.
Getting the entire series in the giftset has been wonderful, I can watch at my own pace and know I won't miss an episode.
There's tons of bonus material which are great for added laughs.
The bag that comes with the giftset is not only great for holding the entire series, it can also be used as a purse or carry all.
I give Northern Exposure's giftset 2 thumbs up!

Would love to write a review on this item but alas, with two tries at bidding and two wins, the product never arrived. Both sellers not legit did not have the product and were basicly scams, so one day I will be able to write the review but thanks for asking. At least I got my money back.

This is a great set and whenever there is a lull in the TV programs we watch one or two episodes of Exposure. Better than I remember it and better quality as well. Great set and neverending too. I believe there are well over 100 one hour episodes. Great! Makes me want to move up to Alaska with the group and hand out at the brick. ALAS!

Still my favorite show of all time. The characters! The wacky situations! As entertaining as it was the first time around. Got a great deal, too - $60.00 less that retail!

I so love this series. When i seen it was for sale on ebay, I snapped it up. I liked the way it was packaged also. And it is wonderful to go thru the shows again. It's just something that you can be shedding a few tears and then all of a sudden you are laughing hard. It doesn't get any better then this

Too much sexual inuendo. I've g rown up but I realize now how immature the writers were and how great they could have been.

Just loved the product. Complete and high quality DVD's.
Could not have hoped for more!!! The package alone was almost worth
the money, as the collection will grow in value over the years.

Having utilized eBay many times to purchase not only personal items but also art work, equipment, etc. (for my art gallery and framing shop), I was browsing for things of interest and noticed the item for sale, " Northern Exposure: The Complete Series DVD Giftset". Not really an avid TV viewer I had watched the program occasionally and enjoyed it very much, so purchased the set and realized that of all the items (several thousand dollars worth) I had purchased on eBay, this was one I am so very glad to have discovered, and watch it most every evening, and even though well over 100 episodes, realize it is far too short and will miss the exciting characters and adventures when it ends.

Northern Exposure is a masterfully crafted television series. The characters are so interesting, real and human. Their lives reflect real-life personalities, challenges, hopes, interpersonal relationships and dreams.

I purchased the 5 season set before the 6th was available. Both my husband and I continue to be surprised and amused by the antics of the good Dr and Occonnell. But also Marilyn, who is constantly surprising us with her tales of the Raven, Eagle and her ability to "whistle to the NORTHERN LIGHTS". The stories may have been about what was happening years previous, but they also fit in with todays trials and tribulations. Well worth watching. Much better than much of what is available NEW on the net. We love it and watch them often. OH, and the Christmas' in particular the one where Hollings sings Ave Maria----Well! An Amazing and loving gesture (wish all guys were that intuitive).
