Never heard of this movie before I came across it at a good price. If a movie has a great price, I buy it. Found this one for a price less that I could not let pass. Sometimes it pays off. This is one that is worth a watch with a change is plot that leads to some humor. Samuel Jackson teamed with Milla Jovovich is worth the watch, especially in this crime thriller movie.

Pros:
Interesting plot. Samuel L. Jackson and Milla Jovovich

Cons:
Slow in places. Some overacting.

He looked for stolen cars. He played the cello in his spare time. He was planning to go to some kind of fantasy camp for musicians. A woman he knew wanted him to look for her daughter that ran off with her boyfriend. Jack said no, but later changed his mind. He had a picture of the girl and her boyfriend. He d been told they were last seen on Turk street. Jack talked to people on the street, but had no luck finding...

Milla Jovovich is one fine femme fatale...

Pros:
Milla Jovovich is the ultimate femme fatale...

Cons:
With a cast like this the end result is slightly dissapointing.

I picked this one up at the rental store late last night, because of zero-promotion I had low expectations. I mean, who the fck has ever heard anything about this film? Director Bob Rafelson is almost eighty years old, and hasn t directed anything for ages. Anyway he got together a fine cast for No good Deed , also titled as The house on Turk Street. So, what s this about? Jack Friar (Samuel L. Jackson) is a frustrated cop, who likes to play the cello. On a night his neighbour knocks on his door and asks him to search for her lost daughter. The girl s run away from house, and Friar goes to...
