Next (2007, DVD)

I liked the movie when I rented it one of those you dont mind seeing again so I bought it off of e-bay:)

A truly captivating film, in which the main character Nicholas Cage, is a Las Vegas performer with the ability to see 2 minutes into 'his' future. A wonderful movie that has had me wondering about 'what if', I were able to have this ability. I wanted this movie for my own collection, like no other. I've watched it at least once a week since I've gotten it.

This movie is well casted and produced. Although it is not as good as GONE IN 60 SECONDS it is very entertaining and have purchased a copy to add to our movie collection. If you don't buy it I highly reccomend renting it and judge for yourself!

He can see 2 minutes into the future.....each choice he makes has a different result - it's wonderful to see these choices unfold on film. If only we all had that gift. I loved this movie from start to finish. The acting, directing and editing all come together to make this a stand-out film that you are sure to enjoy.

just heard about it by word of mouth. liked it very much. kept you wondering what the ending was going to be.

This movie is not one of the best movies of Nicholas Cage, but it is a good one. It keeps viewers interested in the events that are about to happen. Also, Nicholas Cage, "Cris Johnson", is able to see 2 minutes ahead into his future. This is a very intresting matter because, some people in our modern world claim to see into the future themselves. Director Lee Tamahori puts together a great story about a man who needs to save the world with his psychic abilities. The movie makes you see how fascinating one's life is when they are psychic, but how difficult it can be at the same time.

The movie also includes Jessica Biel and Julianne Moore. It's about a Las Vegas magician who can see into the Future. He is then persued by the F.B.I to help prevent a terrorist attack made against hs country. The only down side about the movie is that is gets confusing at times, and some events get repeated a couple of times. Once the movie is understood, it's a great watch!

I bought it for my sister. I did not watch the movie. She was after the other movie that came with it. She gave the Movie Next to her son-in-law, he said it was a good movie.

What was like about this flick? it was simply brain charging suspense, with a dash of Camelot. Nickolas Cage can put you in mind as a brother we all wish we had in our own respective families, as well as in ourselves. this fine actors career in movies has been demean as superb...noted as "King of Kool".

I bought this Next Dvd as a xmas gift. I love the ease of ebay shopping, no crowds, no waisting gas and time!!. I will happiliy purchase from sellers with reasonable shipping fees and excellent raitings. I will not purchase from a seller who says they will leave negative feedback if you leave them negative feedback.

I owned this movie for a while but put off watching it because I did not think it would be that good. Once I watched it, I was completely wrong. Definatly worth watching.

A mediocre Las Vegas magician named Chris Johnson (Cage) can see into the future--but only about two minutes at the most. Just enough to pull off his act and to make some money at the gambling tables, so long as he's discreet. Unfortunately, he hasn't been discreet enough; a government agent (Julianne Moore) has sussed out his precognitive talent and wants to use him to track down terrorists. But all Johnson cares about is a beautiful young woman that he can see in his future--much further in his future than he's ever seen before. Next has flashes that point to a much, much better movie than it turned out to be. Still, worth the watch.

I Ordered a DVD movie, "Next". I received it quickly and exactly as ordered. I am well pleased. Movie was delivered quickly and good quality. I would tend to buy again from thgis seller.

I saw the previews for this and thought it would be an awesome movie, but was a little disappointed. It was good, but not quite as good as I thought it was going to be. It is still worth watching.

I haven't seen this movie yet. I seen it in the stores, and sounded like a really good movie. I found it on e-bay alot cheaper so I bought it.

I'm giving it a bonus because I son't think it is judged fairly to this point.

Hmmmm. I had high hopes for this movie and it just didn't deliver. I had expected some high drama disaster scenes with the trailer focusing on the oil tanker being blown to bits but that was only a brief moment at the end of the movie and it was sadly the highlight of the otherwise dragged out movie. I did enjoy the scene where large items were rolling down the hill but again I could have put in many other rerun movies and gotten the satisfaction that this one delivered. The two scenes just were not enough to carry this dry Cage movie!

The movie had a lot of inconsistent holes in the plot. Those were distracting.
Otherwise it was fairly entertaining. Not a great movie but passable. Nothing special
