My 22 year old son is into fitness, and health. Eats healthy, but sometimes gets a little run down, he does not take any kind of medicine, nor visit doctors. He is alway looking for alternative ways to solve little problems and he has seemed to find it in this book. I am his 55 year old dad and I have been trying some of the suggestions in the book, I have not needed to go to the doctor in 5 years, I do not know if that is good or bad.
It is just a good interesting read, believe it or not, I hope to live longer with it

Unfortunately I am allergic to all RX medications and especially to antibiotics, so I need to know more about natural cures and preventive medicine. Also I would like to help other people to be and stay in better health.
