When this movie first came out, I did not want to see it. It did not look interesting nor did it get great reviews, so I waited until it came out on video. I first rented it to watch with my kids but they did not watch it with me. I watched it alone and laughed so much. I loved the movie and rented it several times before realizing I should just buy it. I was going to buy it at Costco but it was $19, so I found a used copy on Ebay. Its a great movie.

We loved the movie especially my 4 yr old daughter and my 35 yr old husband. He watched it about 4 times before we returned it to the rental company. So, I decided we needed it in our library. Kind of sad when he dies, a little strange at first, You have to really watch it to enjoy it.

great movie...just as described...great priceI purchased this movie for my family last week. The movie had great quality, just like ones I have bought at other movie stores. No skips or problems. For the price I think it was really great quality. Has already been watched 3 times, and no problems. I really liked this Ebayer, because the shipping was really, really fast. And the movie was sealed and brand new, just as he had described it would be. For a quality movie at a discounted price, I would recommend him to anyone. This Ebayer really delivers!!

Need to seeI loved this story. Dustin Hoffman and Natalie Portman do an excellant job of entertaining and creating interesting characters. This story about a magical toy store will captivate the youngsters and amuse the adults. Great movie to watch with the children. No horrible language. Some scenes may be scary for really young children, but usually resolve to a positive experience. Also stars Jason Batemen and Zach Mills. The movie deals with creating faith in yourself, death and friendship, not necessarily in that order.

SYNOPSIS
The eccentric owner of a magical toy store surprises the shop's manager by turning over ownership to her in a warm-hearted comedy fantasy directed by Zach Helm and starring Jason Bateman, Dustin Hoffman, and Natalie Portman.
