Motorola W490 (T-Mobile)

I love this phone. I may seem biased because I am a Motorola fan,but this phone is cool. It's slightly thicker than a Razr but makes it good for gripping it tight, and it's slimmer than the razr so it's compact.

It comes with tons of cool features, has a bright screen, and you can even save money on downloads thanks to the memory card slot. It can hook up to your computer and had bluetooth capabilities.

The music player is cool too, but I don't really like it all like that because you can't do anything else while you are listening to music, just listen to music.

I also LOVE the voice operating system it has. I didn't have to train it whatsoever, and it works fine! Great phone!

I love: the shape and size of the phone, the high resolution screen, the camera (pretty good quality dispite other reviews.)

the don't likes: Can't close phone with speakerphone on without hanging up, my old phone got more bars, this phone is fragile.

I like the design of the phone. The thing I don't like is the scratches. It will due. The phone is the older model but the price is worth it. Thank You for a nice phone.

I love this phone. The camera is great & you can buy really nice snap-on covers for it. It is overall a wonderful phone!!!

This is an incredible phone. It has very good features and a bery good picture quality. I've had this phone since December 2007 and have not had any problems yet. This is truly a great phone to have. The only disadvantage is the memory for pictures, and music. Other than that, it's incredible.

i love the purple color. and the fact that it's not as wide as the razr. i like the fact i can set a song from the sd card and copy to phone and use as ringtone. (of course i tend to take longer to answer just to hear the song!) the pictures look clear. i took pictures of the pages of an old calender i really liked and set as wallpaper to fit my mood. good reception. i like the phone so much i got another one in black, and also bid on some green ones. the green color is really cool also. phone is my faves capable. i also have the razr and the pebl ..and the one thing i don't like is that when any of these phones are in the case on my jeans pocket, i have a hard time hearing them ring. wish motorola could make the volume a little louder. but this is minor, the pros definately outweigh the ring volume issue. great little phone.

This is a great phone.

Pros:
Like the design and functionality. Nice bright and crisp LCD screen. Good reception and excellent call quality. Haven't dropped a single call so far. Takes Micro SD cards and can be connected to PC for data transfer whiteout a problems. Plays MP3 ring tones and Java applications and games. Long Battery life. The whole phone feels very solid and well built. Great value.

Cons:
Ring tones could be louder. In a loud room I have missed a few calls..
Not very fast (But I'm not into texting so I don't mind that). I was a little disappointed with the camera - probably expected too much from 1.3 mega pixels.

Conclusion:
I have several Motorola phone, this has become my favorite.

I had to purchase this phone becasue my Samsung phone died in 9 months, and their service is very dissapointing. In the past I have had Motorola, Nokia and Samsung phones. In the many years that I have used cell phones, I still come back to Motorloa due to their dependability and durability. Nokia is not too bad but Samsung products have been the worst.

A friend of ours has this phone and he recieves better service then we do. My husband would have to barrow his phone out on location wehnever his wouldn't get out. Thank you for a easy and plesant transation. I would use you again if there is anything I need. Thanks Regina

Great features at a affordable price. User friendly and excellent battery life. Have had good luck with Motorola products in the past so decided to purchase brand again.

I decided to buy not one, but two of these phones, one for myself and one for my mom. They are great phones. I only have one complaint- when you miss a call, it doesn't show up the call time. Other than that, I love it.
