The phone has a lot! Motorola to begin with has a strong track record of providing a solid cellular phone. There is a cool rubberized coating on the phone to protec it from scratches and falls. If you are rough and abusive this is the phone for you. Mobile Web 2.0 speakerphone, camera etc.

1. No renewual of contract or extension of Contract.
2. Cell Phone is one of the best Motarola has that is easy to learn and work.
3. Works like a charm.
4. Is loud enough for me to here when it rings.
5. Bluetooth compatable

good rugged phone i had a new version chocolate but sliders aren't as durable as this design, thats why i switched bak to one of these.

We have 5 phones on a Verizon plan. The 14 year old's LG went in the toilet , so we needed a phone quickly. We already had 2 V 325 's and they are very dependable so we picked this up as an interim phone to get him through until the renewal date.It was exactly as offered and delivery was fast. He is back texting.

I went on several trips and used the GPS capabilities. Worked as advertised. I will recommend this merchant.

Even though this phone was linked to an active account he was willing to correct the wrong that had been done and sent me the money to send the phone back to him. I would buy from him again.

I've owed a couple of these phones and must say they're reliable, but lack some functionality. First, the camera is less than a mega pixel and takes sub-par photos, so don't depend on the camera. Second, 3rd-party software, e.g., Bitpim, offers little support to d/l text messages and calendar items. On a good note, this phone as stood up to my 1 and 3 year olds pretty well, so if you have small kids, this phone might be a good fit.

Overall this phone is OK for the novice user, but if you want to start hacking, I guess something like a RAZR, but even that phone breaks easily.

I got some water in a brand new phone I had gotten from Verizon. Well, I have had cell phones constantly for last 13-14 years and never felt I needed to take the insurance they offer, when you purchase them or get a free one when signing up for a new service. It was a Motorola RAZOR, which I never really liked, anyway. Well, come to find out, they do not cover water for any reason and if I wanted a new phone I would have to pay full price through them. Who would think the full price is about 150-200.00 for the cheapest phones they have, since I had always gotten one for free or cheap when rolling over to a new plan or changing companies.
I bought a phone last year from another company and it was just a hunk of junk! It never rang, only would work on vibrate, and it heated up every time I was on it for more than 5-10 minutes. I was hesitant to try another one from ebay, but decided I only need one to last abuot 10 1/2 months, so I would try this company. What a difference!!!
The phone operates perfectly, came with a car and home chaarger, ear piece, in the original box with all paperwork and instruction books included. They have about the about THE fairest shipping prices of any electronics seller on ebay [5.00 for actual PRIORITY mail] and they shipped it the first weekday after my purchase. I was sent the tracking info immediately and their communication is the best that can be expected for a busy ebay and retail store, which made the whole transaction completely comfortable and a very happy experience in all aspects.

I like all the functions the cell phone has especially the camera. I bought it as an upgrade from my previous phone which did not have a camera.

This phone is much more durable than the Razr. I replaced two Razrs with used V325s that I got pretty cheap on ebay. No problems so far. If another phone dies, I'll probably get another one of these so my family can all use the same chargers. My only complaint is the button locations on the side of the phone. I'm always accidently shutting off the ringer or turning on the speaker phone. I have the check a few times a day to make sure the ringer is still on.

I accidentally gave this seller a neutral review because the battery of the phone he sold me did not work (although the phone functioned fantastically); nonetheless, unprovoked, the seller contacted me and sent me another battery and charger to make up for the hassle. Love this cell phone! Very easy to use, many features, including Camera and Bluetooth. Would recommend this to all! Suggest buying extra battery or two, before item is phased out, and batteries then become much more expensive.

The phone is working great and I seem to get a great signal where everI go. I needed a new phone is the reason I decided to buy it.

I washed my son's phone in the washer machine by accident and didn't have insurance with Verizon. It would have cost me a fortune to replace it without resigning a two year contract. The phone i ordered was listed as heavy wear, but when i recieved it looked like it had been in a garbage disposal. way beyond what i expected for heavy wear. i would be embarrassed to use this phone in public. they offered no picture of the actual phone being sold. the travel charger that was to come with it was not a travel charger after all. i was sent two wall chargers. they offered good customer service to return the phone but would not pay for shipping. they really sell a poor product and i will never buy from them again.
