For the reviews I'd read on the internet stated slugish OS due to being Motorolas, the only slow part is the web (media net). Otherwise in only having the phone for a few days now is is very user friendly and may even outperform some smart phones with windows mobile.
Phone was in very good condition. Funny thing though is that it was suppose to be brand new and turned on once to make sure it worked properly, but when I turned the phone on, there were 10 different reminders that popped up.....one was erase phone and another was mail phone! LOL! But other thab that the phone was in fine working condition, no scratches, ect.
This review is not about the phone but about my first experience using Ebay, it SUCKED. One I was ripped off from the start, the seller never shipped the item, second Paypal only refunds up to $200, so I was out $98. I will never use Ebay again as it seems to be more steered towards protecting the seller as opposed to protecting the buyer.
This product is great and very well worth taking as an upgrade or a new line of service. If there was one down fall on this phone it would be the same down fall as the Razr 2 which is the battery life goes quick, and with this phone having GPS I would definitly recommend a car charger. I hope this was helpful.
The Motorola Z9 is the best in the RAZR family to date in my opinion (well, the Motorola V9 is equally as nice). The software on the Z9 is a huge improvement to that of its predecessors like the RAZR V3xx and the original RAZR V3 (much less glitchy). Battery life on the Z9 is relatively poor, though (and unfortunately they don't make an extended life battery). And if you decide to use the GPS to any extent, you can expect the battery to drain VERY fast. Other than having to charge it every day, it's a great, solidly constructed phone. The only other annoyance I have with this phone is the cover for the USB charging port which is attached to the phone by one tiny, flimsy piece of plastic. (At least the V3xx used two tiny, flimsy pieces of plastic.) It would be nice to NOT have to worry about breaking off the cover to the USB port.
THE MOTO Z9 WAS EXACTLY WHAT MY TEENAGER WAS LOOKING FOR. THE PHONE LOOKS VERY DURABLE WHICH IS WHAT I LIKE. HAVE ONLY HAD THE PHONE FOR 3 DAYS BUT HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FEATURES SO FAR. TOUGH LOOKING PHONE
