Mothership - Led Zeppelin (CD)

I bought this CD, not as a huge Zeppelin fan, but as someone who has been exploring the world of classic rock. Obviously there are songs I've heard that drew me to look for a Zeppelin CD, such as Black Dog, Stairway to Heaven and Immigrant Song. I haven't listened to the album all the way through and I can already tell I made a good investment. Another thing I am really impressed with is the construction of the CD case, it is something I have never seen before. (There is even a button you must press to open it!) The artwork and Zeppelin biography included in the booklet are very extensive. A lot of time was put into this album and I highly recomend it to others.

This is the best of the best. Great quality sound and all the favorite songs..even ones you forgot about. Better than any 'best of' on the market.
Any Led Zeppelin fan, no matter how small a fan they may seem to be, will enjoy this CD.

This is one fantastic double cd from the Zep- Not a mediocre song in it and the quality of the recording is supurb- I highly recommend this cd for the new Zep fan or an old timer like myself who refuses to let go of the musical past!

Classic Led Zeppelin, especially disc one. I have always been liked their first two albums. I would recommend for any fan of the group.

Led Zeppelin classics at their best. A great collection of their greatest hits and some of the great tunes from the past. Great sounds that bring back the past. Enjoy all over again!!

I suppose I could offer a glowing review of the CD, had I actually received it. Instead, the seller has been kicked off, the link to the item is gone and I am out $14 with no CD. Sorry I could not offer more help.

I bought this CD a month ago if i remember well. It is a double cd and the main reason i bought it from ebay it is that i could not find it in my living place during the Christmas period. Also i found it cheaper than here in Athens. The item was new and sealed. It was played in my cd player and the fidelity of the sound was perfect. I like a lot the cover of the cd and the list of the songs. It is really the best songs had been ever singed by the Led Zeppelin. If you like rock music i believe that this cd it is the best choice and remains all time classic.

This is the best Led Zeppelin has ever sounded. I own every Zeppelin album (vinyl) Disc and Cassette...This re-recording far surpasses the previous ones.

There are 7/13 songs on the first cd alone. I have just started the second cd and not checked out the dvd. Love it and worth it so far.

What's not to love? Period. Finally one terrific "greatest hits" collection for fans of all generations.

As a historical Zepplelin fan I love everything about the CD. How can anyone go wrong with good old rock and roll!

this cd brought back memories of my childhood .Its like I listen to it and it took me back to the 80s When I was young and Buc-wild. It really caught my heart

Great CD, the best album of Zep there is. The sound is fantasic and the songs on the CD are the best. Everyone probably wishes there were a couple more of their hits on it, however you can never find everything you want.

I was given the 2 disk Led Zeppelin compilation CD Mothership for Christmas.

These disks are great. ALL of Zeppelin's greatest hits are included on the 2 disks inside. Each song is remastered by Page and are great for sound. Perfect in my opinion. :)

The CD jacket book contains great pictures of each band member. The information about each one is also nice.

The nicest thing about the two disks are how the songs are spread apart. In some "2 disk" formats you get a smok'n disk and a lame duck. This is not the case with Mothership. Each disk is chalked full of great music to keep you jamming to the tunes for hours.

A must for any music collection.

This is a greatest hits cd by the one and only LED-ZEPPELIN.It has all there great songs on two discs that Jimmy Page remastered.I LOVE ZEPPELIN and waited a long time for something new. The BBC Sessions also is a great CD that has some of their biggest hits.

Every song is a hit. It's great to have all their songs on 1 (2 disc) set. And for $15 you can't lose. A must for any Led Zeppelin fan or anyone exploring Led Zeppelin for the first time. I only wish I had purchased the set with the DVD. You can't beat actually seeing them perform!

Bottom Line: BUY IT!

I purchased this for one of my grandsons as a gift for Christmas. He loves the CD, as it has excellent songs on it.

Led Zeppelin? Is there anymore to say? Yes! There is no other band that can be compared to these folks! They Rock! That's why I bought this album. There is only one more thing to say=LED TILL I"M DEAD!!!!!!!!

As a oldier Zep fan....You will love this CD.Remaster to sound excellant and it does,And the bonus DVD has some old live video that brings back the memories of my youth.A must have for Zep fans

Great Cd, the clearest I've heard Zeppelin. If you like clasic rock and want to listen to a cd all the way through then this is for you.
