What can I say, the Timbomania of the past near-year or so's compelled me to go back and check out some of dude's earlier work. And so far the results've been pretty nice. The more I hear, the more I think he might be easily one of the most consistently great producers in hip hop. Ah, Missy Elliot. Everyone who follows music closely has an opinion over the ever-shrinking Virginian, whether it be good or bad. She's one of those artists that you really can't feel indifferent toward- you either like her or despise her. Starting with her solo debut in 1997, she has ruled the femcee world except when some girl named Lauryn something-or-other came out. Whatever happened to her, eh?
