the item was referbished and came with a 2 yr. warrenty. I had a bit of trouble setting the system up and making it run, but the seller was more than happy to guide me through setups and restarts to get the system going, offering to replace the item if I were not satisfied. I bought this item from the seller because of thier high volume sales, and warrenty agreement. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I decided to buy the system because of all the games xbox offers, and the reliability of xbox 360. I love how it plays old xbox games after you do a free downlaod from xbox.com. You get two systems for the price of one.

What did I love about my 360? Not only was it super easy to customize, it has great graphics and a huge array of online players. The best games are usually only on the 360. On the downside... It was broken when I received it.

I am extremely happy with this! The system looks brand new and they even included the headset! I would be more than happy to come to these guys again....keep the good work up guys! Thanks alot

I think that this console is very good for many reasons:

1. It comes with a free month of xbox live gold if it comes back refurbished
2. It has a 30 day warranty from microsoft once you get it back.
3. Most consoles that microsoft sends back to their users are brand new, instead of fixing them up and sending them back.
4. They pay for the shipping costs there and back.

I dont like:

1. Their conditions to why you can't get it fixed.
2. How many people get their consoles and after a year they get the 3 RROD.

Id say including the gains and negatives I suggest getting a warranty other then selling your broken console on eBay and then buying a refurbished or new one.

it is cheap and a great deal, was a little dirty however. i decided to buy it because i've been very interested in an xbox and this was a great sell. the seller was discriptive and honest and would buy from again.
