Fraud!!!!I won the auction, sent money via paypal. The seller took money, then did nothing. Never responded to any emails inquiring about status. Never buy from this seller if you like your money! Look at the response I got from paypal when I contested the payment:

I brought this baseball game because I had the MLB 07 and I liked it soo much I wanted to try the 08 on playstation 3 gaming system. I tried the demo it was pretty good. Baseball is my favorite past time game for the console especially on ps3. I recommend it on the ps3 over the xbox 360.

Great game!Love it, simply love it! As far as video baseball games go I don't usually like them. The movements are robotic and never as good as other video sports. But this one is real good. The graphics are great and the play is exceptional. I haven't found anything about it yet that I don't like.

this game was really fun at first but then the inconsistencies are hard to overcome and become overwhelmingly frustrating. the strike zone, no hurry when fielders throw, and the worst: the terrible rubber band AI. no matter how much you're leading by in the late innings, even with 2 strikes and you throw a perfect pitch, it hits the batter. and after that it all goes to hell as the 7th or 8th batters start clobbering every pitch you throw.

Seller listed PS3 Video game 08 MLB The show as "Barely used, EXCELLENT condition.".
My Dislike of the item purchased.
The item should have been listed as used. There were alot of finger prints
all over the DVD. The case lookes used alot. A person sould only have paid $25.00 for this DVD copy not $43.00. Personally I like EXCELLENT condition
so I would not have purchased an item like this one.

Awesome Game a Must have for any Baseball FanI bought the game for the ps2 and thought that I would also li8ke it for the PS3. I was 100% right. It is phenomenal the graphics are amazing the difference between the PS2 and the PS3 version is like night and day. The game is awesome and very user friendly. I love it and have not stopped playing it.

MLB '08 The Show is hands down, the best MLB game made in years. The game has everything you could possibly want. The road to the show mode allows a fresh faced kid to try out for a team during spring training and dependinon how well you do you get offered a contract with either the teams AA or AAA team (each team has both AA and AAA teams with full rosters in the game!) Then you work your way up by training and eventually you might get to be a starting pitcher or whatever or even move up to the bigs!
There's plenty of other modes you'd expect and the game is just plain well done. The gameplay is top notch and the graphics are beautiful. I really gotta say this is the best $50 bucks I've spent on a sports game in many years.
Trust me, if you're a baseball game fan you cannot go wrong with this game. One of the best reasons to own a PS3. The list of must have PS3 games is growing big time and with blue-ray firmly the winner they are selling like hotcakes, so take the plunge you will love it, esspcially with games like this out there!

This is the best baseball game out. I played the demo for MLB 2K8 and this one and MLB the show is much better really its not even close. The Road to the Show is great with them having all the AA and AAA teams in Minor League Baseball. If you have PS3 and want a baseball game that is realistic and fun get this one and if you have XBox well your SOL with a weaker system and a crappy baseball game.

MLB '08: The Show (Playstation 3)I had 2k7 for the xbox 360 and loved it, I also have mlb the show 2007 and didn't like it because of gameplay. I read reviews of MLB the Show 08 and loved what I saw with the crowd getting into the game, the home town fans will show disgust after a play, the faces of the players look more realistic and at the Ted, there really is the sound of the tomahawk chop, I wish the fans would do the motions and it would be louder with the music, but atleast that is a nice touch

I originally had MLB 2k8 for the Xbox 360. But after my 360 broke, i decided to pick up MLB 08 The Show for my PS3. This game really has given me a realistic baseball simulation unlike 2k8. I havent found any real glitches or anything. It really is a must buy for any baseball fan with a PS3. And the Road to the Show has been incredible since its introduction to the series.

Best Basbeall Sim since MVP Baseball '05.This game happens to be better than MLB 2k8. It provides a deep "Road To The Show" mode, online play, season, franchise, exhibition and quickplay, along with homerun derby and mini games. The character modesl are incredible. They run, hit, field, throw, stand at the plate, approach the plate, and even pitch how they do in real life, and it it done well. The graphics are the killer feature of this game. How amazing the graphics are is just startling. They are the best graphics I've seen for a sports game ever.

I had MLB 07 for playstation 2.So i decided to get this one for the playstation 3. The graphic are excellent on this but the game is much more difficult. Trying to make your way through the minors takes forever.But playing a season or a exhibition game is very fun. This game is worth buying.
