This was the last DVD in the series and what a way to end. I only wish they make more of the love comes softly movies. With all that is going on in our world today, it's such a treat to sit back and have our children watch and learn how those in the pioneer era made life seem so wonderful and they did this without electricity, phones and COMPUTERS! My boys watched and said, how did they do it without TV and so it's truly an eye-opener for the children of this generation to see how a family in such difficult times can pull together and be happy! This was a GREAT movie that everyone should watch!
IT A GREAT MOVIE AND I WOOD BUY MORE OF THEM AND HOPE TO HAVE THE NEXT MOVIE TO COME OUT IN ITWAS FAST GETTING IT ANHD WOOD BUY FOM YOU AGAIN I GIVE YOU A+++++++++
I purchased this movie for the wife and actually go into watching it myself. Loved the fact that there was no profanity in it the movie and that is was and is a story about human struggle and how to come to grips with real life events. Almost makes you want to live in that time period. That is how well this movie was made with just the right actors and actresses. Well anyway that is just my humble opinion. Thank you for a quality product and speedy and safe delivery.
Another heart warming family DVD. We have watched the previous five installments of "Love Comes Softly" series and loved them and have been waiting on "Love's Unfolding Dream". Believe me, this one is "great" also. Missie's adopted daughter Belinda will tug at your heart strings. It is great to see the same Missie and Clark and of course the sheriff. Great begining and an even greater ending. I do hope there will be another installment made. It is great to watch a family film with people of faith.
This is an exellent movie for the whole family. We need more wholesome films like this. If you haven't seen the first 4 this may not be interesting to you.Overall I love it.
Since Janette Oke's "Love Comes Softly" movies came out, one would actually want the whole set. It's a story you could watch over and over again. Hallmark channel plays them regularly and they usually play all of them. Sometimes you wonder if Missy is married to the same guy because they look the same, but the character of Willie LaHaye died a movie back and this person married Missy and it willprobably continue when they return from their honeymoon. It is a very good series that began when a woman and her husband on the frontier traveling west and her husband died suddenly after his horse threw him and his head hit a rock; then she met up with a man that was a widow and raising a young girl, Missy and later they got married. Missy's parents had children, then Missy went off and got married and after the second movie, then began the saga of Missy and her life's journey's on the frontier. If anyone is interested, begin with the first movie of "Love Comes Softly" and get them all..you will be hooked on them and can't wait for the others to follow.
If you can't find a movie, try Ebay..very good prices and good reviews along with it! You'll be glad you did!
I loved this movie as much as the others in the series. I enjoy watching these because they have excellent moral values, even when things go bad they stay close to God knowing He has their best interests at hand. Also, no foul language or sexual content, just goes to show you can have a good movie without all that junk. People looking for clean movies today should get the whole series, A+++
I had hoped the new one would be better than the last, and it WAS! The acting was very good, the story enjoyable, and the end satisfying. One of the best movies in the series. No swearing or immodesty. I love how Belinda describes her faith in God. Highly recommended!
