Oh my! When I turned on the T.V. a couple of weeks ago and finally saw the highly anticipated new single from Mariah Carey I felt despair for this once brilliant vocalist. Many questions filled my mind. "What the hell is this? What is she doing?" Maybe the recent breakdown was due to the fact even she knew she was putting out inane cr*p. Don't get me wrong, I hope she gets better soon but hopefully a little prozac might make her realize how depressing her music has become. "Loverboy" has one thing going for it. I think this will probably be one of the worst songs she ever made so everything...

I can almost see the eyes rolling and hear the groans right about now. Hear me out before thinking that I have the worst taste in music ever LOL. Loverboy is pretty catchy and it's a fun song. The remix sucks, I'll give you that, but the original is a great party song! It features just Mariah and Cameo and the beats are hot. The lyrics are a little more sexual than usual, but Mariah is a grown woman, it's nice to hear her sing about more than just puppy love.
