Perfect date film without boring the bf to tears.
Every guy I know who has seen this liked is as much as the gals.

This copy is to replace one that came from Asia and was recorded in a movie theatre. The sound was terrible and you could see people getting up and passing infront of the camera recording from the movie screen. This copy is perfect.

DVD works great! I bought it and the minute I got it I watched it. I works like every other DVD i have.

I LOVE this movie! It is the perfect Christmas or anytime movie and has enough humor in it that men wouldn't really notice that it is a chick flick until they hear you saying "awwww!" It does have nudity in it, just to warn you. It is not a children's movie, but it is an amazing romantic comedy.

Definitely add this to your collection if you're looking for a classic! If you're looking for a gift, it's perfect for the woman (or super-sensitive man) in your life!

Few comedies have the wit and plot of "Love Actually." An allstar cast delivers an outstanding perfomance that is touching but mostly funny.

I have not received this product yet. Product was paid for in early December. I have escalated a claim but have yet to hear anything.

The movie is a Christmastime favorite. Like several other of my favorite movies I had lost my orginal copy. I was able to get a new copy of this movie and several others at very reasonable prices without searching all over town.
Anyone purchasing movies should always check if the version if they have a preference of wide or full screen and weather or not they are purchasing a DVD or VHS copy.

I have to watch this movie every year in December! It warms my heart, tickles my funny bone and makes my macho, Rambo worshiping fiance' tear up. I think it is my favorite movie ever! At the least, it's a must-see!

Great movie, "feel-good" and fun to watch around the holidays. I've seen it before and have been trying to get it at various stores without any luck. Great price offered on E-bay. The movie explores different types of love relationships, even with the violent mentally ill. Well crafted collage of stories.

Love Actually is one of my favorite films. I didn't say it was the best film ever made--it is simply one of my favorite ones. I have to say that it is better appreciated after viewing it several times. The multiple stories, jokes, great one-liners, embarrassed looks, complex character relationships, and small moments become clearer on a second or third viewing. After the first viewing, you are left a little dizzy, but smiling and warm, as Richard Curtis (writer and director) intended. But,it would be impossible to see this film once and catch all the jokes, glances, and small bits that make it a rich concoction that truly is more than fluff. Mr. Curtis did not practice restraint in his writing or direction. He was a baker who probably tired to put too much into one cake--but it is such a lovely too much. The plot lines can be viewed as a layer cake. The sweet chocolate icing on the cake is the tale of Colin, and ordinary English bloke, who flies off to Milwaukee to find the promised land of sexy American girls who have wild sex with any male with an English accent. His success is absurb, delightful, and a dream come true that even my feminist soul could not deny him. The cake has several layers. In one the posh prime minister (played by Hugh Grant with an expertise that leaves no fingerprints)and his lower class tea lady (Martina McCutheon) with an amazing fluency in profanity; a widowed step-father supporting an 11 year boy through the adventures and pains of first love; and love-betray writer who finds fall in love with his Portuguese maid with whom he has no shared spoken language. These sweet layers are balanced by the more bitter tales. One involves permanent damage of bored husband's betrayal played with devastating subtlety by Alan Rickman and Emma Thompson. Another is just a heartbreaking story about things not meant between two fragile people where the relationship appears to hold so much promise A couple of other plot lines provide the nuts and the fruit in the cake and everyone is connected through friendship, work, family, or the geography of a London neighborhood.

Of course it is all too much, too sweet at times, too complicated, and too confusing. But, so is life and love and how much poorer we would all be without being reminded of that. So, lay your skepticism (although not your sense of humor)aside for a while and watch the stories go by. Then, later, pull out your DVD to watch again as Hugh Grant surrender his stiff upper lip to sing Good King Wenceslas to three little girls on Christmas Eve and dance down the steps at number 10 to Jump! Or see hear once more Emma Thompson's simple, resigned "Home" near the end to remind you how fragile all that silly happiness really is and that love sometimes takes the form of seeing things through. Love Actually is all the good parts in one Christmas candy box. Perhaps it is a bit overwhelming when first opened. But, you can it out again and the stories will always make you laugh, hurt, and smile. It is a funny, dear, and lovely film. I find it very silly to like it so very, very much. But, I am very glad I do.

I limit buying DVDs for many reasons. First, storage is always problematic - towers of DVDs surrounding my electronics is not my idea of decorating and the thought of spending hundreds of dollars on a piece of furniture to store $20 items seems silly. Plus, I really, really have to love a movie to consider paying money for it and since Hugh Grant and Colin Firth are two of my favorite actors and Love Actually is such a great, feel good Christmas movie, I couldn't resist buying it used. Before purchasing, I verified with the seller that it was not a bootleg copy (I was told it was originally purchased in the factory shrink wrap from WalMart). I received the movie and enjoyed watching it to make sure there were no skips or sputters. Everything was fine and I will look forward to sharing it with others during the next holiday season. What a great film!

This has become my wife's favorite movie. It is rated R, so we bought an edited version so the children could see this quite movie, however too much was edited out. The opening and closing scenes remind you that people are naturally good at heart.

This is one of my favorite movies and I was very satisfied with my purchase.Hugh Grant is one of my favorite actors and to see that many Brits all in one place is like a dream.I love British accents,just like the girls in the movie.

Loved the movie. Romantic comedy without being too cliche or obnoxious. A new twist on an old theme.

Movie was in near perfect condition and played fine in the DVD player. The item was shipped promptly after ordering.

This is a good movie for the hoildays. IT consists of different character stories, and how they triumph in love. It is sweet and lovely, everyone is lovely.

Got it on time abd in good condition - will order again if there is going to be another item in the future
