Little Mermaid II, The: Return to the Sea (2000, DVD)

My children actually seem to prefer Little Mermaid II over the original. Flounder's voice is noticeably different, but he is an adult now, so it is easily explained. Ariel's daughter Melody is lovely and Organa, Ursula's sister makes a charming villian. The new characters introduced in this movie are funny and the scary parts in this movie don't seem as scary as the original. There are a lot of similarities though. In the original Ursula grew very fat and large. In this one, Organa seems to get taller instead of fatter.
This is a great Disney sequel and worth purchasing. Just watch out for pirated copies!

My kids love this movie. My daughter watched it 5 times in one day! It has great music and it's very lively. My daughters are Ariel fans so we decided to get the second movie and it was worth it!

My daughter really wanted the sequel to the Little Mermaid and this one does not disappoint. Of course it's not quite as good as the first movie but my daughter enjoys it and wants to watch it over and over. I'd buy it again.

My Daughter absolutely loved receiving this DVD she is only 3 so we didn't get to get it when it came out at the store because she wasn't even born yet. Anyway she absolutely loves Ariel it is her favorite.

the mermaid movie came very quick and sealed just liked the descrption had said, loved the fact that it came so quick and the right movie that my daughter was looking for. she is so so happy to have all the mermaid movies now we watch that mermaid movie atleast 2 or 3 times a day we decided to buy it because we have been looking for this movie for over a year and finially found it and for the right price now i don't need to keep looking for it anymore

My 2 daughters (4yrs and 2 yrs old) LOVE this movie. We have only had it a couple weeks and I think everyone in the house has it memorized already! Only downside, now my 2 year old wants to be Melody (not Ariel) for Halloween now!!

My daughter (3 1/2 years) loves the movie. She is a BIG Disney Princess fan so this movie was great for her. It is cute and follows the same storyline as does the original "The Little Mermaid" and the newest film, "Ariel's Beginning." Her friends (8 years and younger) also enjoyed the movie!

Little Mermaid II is a great sequel to a wonderful movie. The animation is beautiful, the songs and the score are very well done, and the characters are fresh and original.

Ariel and Eric are "different" in this movie. Think about the time frame. They are both in their early 30s and parents of a twelve-year-old. Did you expect them to be the same flippant teenagers they were in the first movie?

The movie is great. If you are a fan of Disney or just good animated films, check out Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea. I have many Disney films on DVD and this is definitely one of my favorites.

I bought this movie for my 3 and 1/2 year old daughter who loves the original The Little Mermaid. Being a Little Mermaid fan myself, I didn't know how I'd like the new one, but I was pleasantly surprised. The plot was good, and the songs were wonderful. Very entertaining. Even my husband watched it with us!

I bought the second part to "the little mermaid" and i was glad to see it wasnt a bootleg movie. The quality is very good and im impressed :]

I bought this DVD for my little girl who happens to love Ariel,till this day the DVD doesn't work, the picture on the dvd and on the box looks like if it was copied, i am very disappointed !!!!

This is an excellent film and is in perfect condition. It has no blemishes and arrived quickly. I purchased this film because they have recently released the third Little Mermaid and it looks excellent. The Little Mermaid is my favorite film and therefore, I desired to find a film that I could add to my collection. This is the perfect addition to my collection.

I bought the dvd The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the sea. I had been looking for this movie forever. Finally i found out that you couldent get it in Canada. I was so excited when my sister and her boyfriend told me i could get it on ebay. I immidiatly got an account and have baught several dvd that you can't get world wide or dvds that disney has put in a volt. I was so excited when my movie came, it came alot quicker than i though! New and sealed as promised and as soon as i got it i wantched it and LOVED IT!!!

My granddaughter has a real 'love affair' w/ Ariel and the 1st Little Mermaid, and you won't be disappointed in this follow-up sequel. Fantastic story surrounding Ariel's daughter Melody and Ariel. A MUST HAVE!!

I bought this movie for my daughter for her 3rd birthday. Her favorite movie is the Little Mermaid so I thought she would enjoy the Little Mermaid II. I was right...she loves it! This movie is definitely a big hit in our house. It's not as good as the first Little Mermaid but it is a very cute movie.

I HAD A OKAY EXPERIENCE BUYING THIS DVD. I HAD TO CONTACT THE SELLER BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. SHE SAID IT MUST HAVE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL AND THAT SHE WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER ONE RIGHT AWAY. I DID RECEIVE THAT ONE IN THE MAIL WITH NO PROBLEMS ABOUT A WEEK OR SO LATER. THIS DVD IS HARD TO FIND IN STORES AND THAT IS WHAT I WAS BUYING FOR A GIFT BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT SHE WANTED TO GO WITH HER OTHER LITTLE MERMAID MOVIE. THANKS AGAIN

Movie is cute, but not as good as Little Mermaid. There are a few good songs, but the others seem to be fillers. It does have a few good jokes and new characters.

For $26 dollars I bought a fake. It stated new with wrapper! Watch out for copies and fakes. DVD was defective.
