Linksys EtherFast® BEFSR41 Router (NTRTLSBEFSR4)

Linksys BEFSR41 Router. this is my second, same model, my ex kept the first. I like it's speed and performance..the bang for the buck thing...recommended for anyone doing Home or small office networking

Bought this router to replace one for a friend. We have been using several of these routers for years, trouble free. They are reliable and stable, about as easy as it gets for ethernet.

we needed a inexpensive router for x-box live. It was a family decision to get it. what i dislike about it i wish we done more research and got a unit that was a step higher.

It's ok. Major complaint one of the ports stopped working suddenly.

It took me several days of trouble shooting to figure out it wasn't my pc's configuration. Obviously it has wires. I'm sure a WAN would be secure but I just don't like broadcasting my info.

Also when I set it up I tried using ports 1&2 and what to go to the website to find out that you set it up using port 4 first, that's just stupid. Also it's wider than my tower so it hangs over the edges, doesn't blend well and looks out of place.

Other than all of that it works fine. I'm not going to buy another one just yet.
