Leap Frog: Letter Factory (2005, DVD)

The Letter Factory is by far the best video purchase I ever made for my children! I bought this DVD when my oldest son turned 2 and just from watching the video he learned all of his letters and the sounds that they all make. We would walk through stores and he would find letters on the side of boxes and he would tell me what letter it was and the sound that it makes! I was amazed at what he learned from this one little video...and all when he was just two years old! Since then I have bought all of the other Leap Frog videos and he has enjoyed them just as much as the this one. My other children have all learned their letters from this video as well. I couldn't be happier that they are on the right road to learning how to read...and all because of this great product! You won't be sorry you bought it!

My just turned 2 year old absolutely LOVES this! I bought it for her last month after reading other parents' reviews, and it's absolutely been everything they've said it would be. She asks to watch "Tad" every single day, sometimes two or three times a day, and now knows all her letters from A to Z and all of their sounds, and can identify them wherever she sees them, whether it's on signs, in books, on restaurant menus, or anywhere at all, and she's also now started to sound out the starting letter of any words she hears, for example she'll suddenly say "hamburger" and when I ask her what letter does hamburger start with she'll sound out the phonetic for h and then say "H!"
