It was exactly what I was looking for and descibed as such. No complaints at all. Thank you for the book.

I bought this book for school, but was slightly disappointed when it came as the international student version. I don't recall the seller pointing this out.

I decided to buy it for a class. It was the required textbook. One thing I liked about the purchase was its promt delivery. It came earlier than I expected. However, there were a few problems. There were some important pages that were missing. The last two or three pages of the original book had some critical information which wasn't in the international version I purchased. Also, there were some Work Applications along the margins(throughout the text) of the original book, however, what I purchased had absolutely nothing along the margins. This created a lot of inconvenience.

This book was the same that everyone else had in the class, but had a different cover and was $75.00 cheaper. Excellent response time. The postage took 5 days...I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Friday.

It came in great time, and I had to buy it for school. The prices were cheaper than getting it through the school.

Would bye from again. Recieved quickly and book was as stated in the description in excellent condition. Thank you for the timely shipping.

I found the book very interesting to read. The examples provided in the book allowed you to apply the scenerio to real life issues.

Bought it for a MBA management class.
Good theory and practice use of leadership tactics.
Good online resources if needed to assist with learning.

Got what was expected, thanks for everything!!! It was needed for my class for college, so I bought it and the seller had to good rating also.

I would defiantly purchase from this seller again. The seller sent me the book through priority mail without any extra charge to me.
