Its ok. His best songs have Snoop on them both. He has another with W.C. which is straight. The song "I know where they got it at" goes hard. Thats the one with snoop. Basically its just the same ol cube.
As soon as I got the cd, I put in and it played. Plus, no body else had the PA copy. I decided to buy it because I knew many of the songs already on the cd. I checked my local used and new cd shops and found that I could get the cd for much cheaper on ebay if I was willing to wait for the item. Sure enough, I waited and a week later, i had the cd.
Ice Cube does something here which he doesn't do very often. He battle raps! Usually he always had some sort of a message or a rant about this and that, so he didn't display his battle rap skills too often. But he's pretty good, and he surprised me (several times actually, check out his verse on the song 'The Grand Finale' from The D.O.C. on the album 'No One Can Do It Better' from '89 (Dope S*it!)). 'Click Clack - Get Back!', Doin' What It 'Pose 2 Do and 'Go To Church' are songs where you can catch cube battle, the first being laced with powerful guitars, only empowering cube; the second is more bouncy, it's the type you bump in your ride, and the third ladies & gentleman is the biggest surprise on the album.'Go To Church' is produced by Lil' Jon, yes Lil' Jon and it's a banger, believe it or not. And Cube and Snoop are far from whack. Snoop is actually quite witty with his verse.
This is a great album, Ice Cube proved that he's still got it. Many have doubted him, cause of his softer records (We Be Clubbin' Ugh) and how he was shown on the big screen. His credibility was kinda in the pits, but with this he made a worthy comeback, it could've been even better if he'd trimmed the album a little but in the end it really doesn't matter.

Pros: Return to socio-political rap; brilliant and consistent production; nice battle rhymes
Cons: Skits; album is underwhelming toward the end; gangsta image not as convincing as before
I have to admit it - this old man really has some balls. Once the guy who wanted to burn Hollywood with Public Enemy, Ice Cube is now more recognized for his work in film and television than his music. Once the guy who released one album per year, Ice Cube has let six years pass since his last one. Once the author of definitive gangsta rap records, the last thirteen years have seen him release consecutive mediocre ones. Once the rapper with that menacing growl that could scare away the Devil himself, he was now staring in Disney movies like Are We There Yet?, where he was being scared - by...

Pros: Rejuvenated personality, bold lyrics, nice and diverse beats
Cons: some weaker songs, some stale subject matter
Remember when he had a Jheri curl? Me too. He really did some exceptional stuff back in the day. He was on top of his game in the early 90's. But everything he did after The Predator wasn't so good (except Bow Down with Westside Connection). With 2006 I can say he made a comeback. This album is an improvement over his last 3 solo albums. He's more focused on this one (well he does slip sometimes) and his beat selection is impressive also. Ice Cube was in a hard position, he felt that the people didn't respected him anymore, so with this album he had to shut them up, and I think he did quite..
