Being a seller of cellular phones and accessories on Ebay we always get to test out and try many different phones The LG 6100 is a nice follow up to the popular LG 6000 and Adds a Decent (Loud) Speakerphone, Voice Commands, it is TriMODE For those of you who live or travel in areas that still require analog signal (Not Tri Band as so many people seem to get confused by)
Very Informative Outer Caller ID display Time, Date Speakerphone Status Etc as opposed to the OLED outer display of the 6000 which had the scrolling display
The LG VX 6100 has a greyscale Outer LCD display
The 6100 has a very nice inner color screen only bad part is the black Icon with white edges
The Camera takes OK pictures for a phone but the Samsung A670 seems to take better quality pictures but its a phone first
the Up and Down Volume Keys on the phone are a little to close to the Voice Commands Button
Inside the Buttons are decent sized and not crammed together like some smaller phones (Kyocera Slider for Example)Reception and battery life on this phone are Average To Very Good(Using Verizon Wireless Network) battery Times and performance will vary depending on your carrier
Overall this is a Good LG phone That Wont Disappoint

This is a very good phone maily for the functionality to price ratio. It takes good pictures, has speaker phone, can send text and pix messages, battery life is great and the screen is very bright and vibrant! The only thing I don't really know about is durability because I've always taken care of my phone. For the cheap price you get a lot of features, they aren't all at the top of technology but they are far better than other phones for the price.

This phone is a tuff little phone. It belongs to an 11 year old so it takes some punishment. It has held up well. It has some cool features when it comes to the camera. You can change the look of the photo you take (black/white, sepia and others) which my son loves to play with. The camera has good resolution for a phone camera also. The call quality is sometimes questionable. Not sure if it is where we are located (out in the sticks) or if its the phone itself. The other memers of the family don't have that problem, but then we have different phones. For a used phone for a kid it works just fine and he is happy with it.

I bought this phone because one of ours kicked the bucket and a person on E-bay was nice enough to sell it for a price we could afford. It is a very nice phone in excellent condition and we prefer the camera phones because you never know when you might need a picture - like when we were in a wreck last week. There is nothing we do not like about the phone. Thank you - E-bay and sellers.

LG VX6100Great phone! Really like the "Driving" mode. Voice commands work really well. Not sure about battery life.... Will charge until it says "Battery Charge Complete" then will talk on phone for 5 minutes and then battery life indicator only shows 1 bar (full is 4 bars)...?? After I hang up, the battery life indicator goes back to 3 to 4 bars...??? Talk again for a few minutes and battery life indicator back to 1 bar. Maybe need a new battery (thought it was new when I got it)?? Otherwise, phone is great!

LG VX6100I was told at Verizon that the battery that was included with this phone was incorrect along with the charger was the wrong one. I will never buy another used cell phone again !

LG VX6100to answer why I bought it, is because i needed to add another line to my already demanding verizon wireless plan for work. Now with that said i don't really have anything good to say about the LG VX6100 with the exception of the phone coming in handy for many occasions and what not.... A major dislike about this product is that the battery doesn't really last as long as i thought that it did. anyway, i guess thats my two cents about this product (LG VX6100).

my new old phonewhen my phone broke at the top i decided to try to find a cheap replacement due to me not buying insurance on my phone. this phone has been a decent phone thus far. the quality isnt as great as my last model but it also is an older phone. there are alot of serface scratches but again it is an older phone. all in all it is well worth what i paid for it.

I bought this phone for my elderly friend Sam cause he was using a dinosaur phone. LG has the best sound and is easy to use, print is a bit small for an oldster but doable. Although I wasn't that familiar with this particular model, it worked out fine, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I myself have a CU500? At least, I think that's the model. That's a swell phone also, and you can put in a big storage card to save graphics and music.

I like the phone because it seems really sturdy. I bought it for my kids and they love it especially the different ringtones and the flash for the camera. I like that the camera lens is covered, their last phone got dropped a few dozen times and the glass over the lens was broken.

Love it!This is my second used 6100 phone and I love it! Has great features and works great. My old one was left in a rain storm over night, I let it dry out and the next day it was working again. The only thing is that it doesn't take video.

Excellent SellerI was in need of a replacement cell phone for my 13 year old son, who inadvertantly dropped is phone in the commode.........This phone was priced just right, you never know when it might happen again!!! Upon the phones arrival, which shipped in record time, can't keep the teenager waiting to long, the phone was in excellent condition. Couldn't have asked for a better product or smoother transaction.

We would like to start off by saying that this is one our best selling phones that we've ever sold. We can see why it sells so well. The quality of the pictures are great which show off well on the bright screen. The speaker is loud and it vibrates well enough to feel the vibrations in your pocket while walking at a fast pace. It's not too big in size and the buttons light up so that they are visible in the dark. The Menu is easy to manage as well. It also feels like a sturdy phone.
All in all, we give it a Good rating.

The LG VX6100 is a good mid-range cell phone. It has a decent camera and I always got very good reception. I like the camera lens cover that keeps the camera lens from getting dirty or scratched. It has a nice large inner screen that is very easy to read. It is a very durable phone that can take a beating and still keeps working. I think it is a very good, fairly inexpensive cell phone if you are just looking for a high quality replacement phone that will last. I do wish it had a memory slot and mp3 player, but for the price, it does enough.
