The seller advertised the product as new and SEALED in the box. Upon receipt, the item was NOT sealed and the box had been opened. If I had known that the product I was bidding on wasn't "sealed in the box", I would've bid on another telephone.

I complained to the seller and the seller initially tried to defend the advertisement saying "all Verizon phones arrive that way". When I explained that I had purchased three previous new Verizon phones and that all the boxes were sealed, the seller offered me a free case for the phone. I accepted the seller's offer and wrote a favorable review.

After receiving the excellent rating, the seller did NOT supply the promised telephone case.

I will NOT do business with this seller again.
