LG CU400 (AT&T)

The phone is awsome, Bluetooth works with both file transfer and headset. Easily transferred all phone numbers from my old phone to this one via bluetooth. Speaker phone is good enough to use in the car on the road. Display is bright and clear, although some icons are small and you can't change their size. PTT works very well. Only problem is the battery life. Make sure you have a spare charger at work and in the car. Once the battery indicator starts to show less than full charge it drops off VERY fast! I still like the phone and think it is a good phone for the money.

I have lived with the phone for several months now and the battery life has improved much with several charge and discharge cycles.

this phone is cool...i like mp3 players on phones.so you wont have to use ur original mp3 player and waist your battery.so you dont have to get another one

Fast shipping good phone.Battery life is not as good as we expected.Otherwise it is a great phone for the price.

I have had to replace my cu400 three times and my daughters twice because they would just quite receiving a signal (even when sitting by a tower). Don't waste your money on this phone.

liked the size of phone. text works well, much better than the last one i had. sound quality is good and i also liked the color. durability seems good, but i have not dropped it yet so we will see.

Phone works great, nice screen, good quality speakers. Fast 3G service. Easy to use. The only minor disappointment is the half mega-pixel camara, but they still come out decent on your computer. Over all I highly recommend this phone if you want a good quality 3G flip phone. Oh, let me say it's VERY durable, have learned that a few times.

Very nice phone. Very happy with it. Clear screen, easy to use, clear sound, just a simple phone with everything needed on it.

The phone works good, no scratches or dints. Plastic film was still covering the screens. Decided to buy this phone because it was the same one my mother had previously had and she liked the way it worked. She broke hers and needed a replacement. The blue dot is on inside the phone and that usually means water damage.....but the phone is working fine. She has had no problems.

My wife has this phone so i decided that i would get one too.
I really like the buttons and big display. Sound clarity is great.
If you want a good phone with a great key pad and lots of tools, get this one !

I HAVE OWNED AT LEAST TEN DIFFERENT CELL PHONES AND THE CU400 IS THE BEST ONE IT IS CLEAR AND HAS A GOOD CHARGE LIFE THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE IS THE PTT BUTTON SOME TIMES WHEN I OPEN IT I HIT THE BUTTON. WHY I PURCHASED IT MY BROTHERINLAW HAS ONE AND HE GAVE IT A GOOD REVIEW.

This phone works great. Easy to navigate, lots of options and the phone sends and receives calls/text messages with ease. The camera also has some nice features.

If you are in need of a phone for a short length of time in between other, expensive phones, then this will do the job. I got my phone this past summer and it was alright. However, in the last three months it has started giving me a lot of trouble. The reception is horrible, and it drops my calls 50% of the time, and many times it shows full reception but says "service unavailable" when I go to place a call. I have to turn off/on my phone for it work again. Also, when it opens multimedia messages, it moves it past down old messages, so you have to search for it after you have opened it. My voicemail messages don't always come through until a week later. Just recently, it began displaying the opening sound and picture every so often as though I am turning my phone on (while it's already on). Half of the time it doesn't save a message I start typing if I get interrupted. The most aggravating part of this phone is that it wants to change its own time. For intance, it will show 9:30 am, when it's actually 10:15, or it will go back on the time. I have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to show the correct time. I don't live anywhere near a time zone change so that can't be the problem.

Overall, I am very unhappy with this phone and am on the search for a replacement. I have had the best luck with the Motorola brands so far.

Very nice simple to use cell phone. Bought this one to replace one that I damaged. I have no need for too many bells and whistles, so this phone is just right for my needs. Ray Stewart

I was in need of a new phone so i checked ebay and found the exact phone (that i loved) from last year. I bought it right away, at a reasonable price, and it was sent asap. I got it, well packaged, and with all parts the description talked about. The phone is up and running and im extremely happy. I would def. buy again from here!

The phone was practially new and I did not have to sign a lengthy agreement or pay an activation fee. It is a 3G phone with a lot of features nd internet capability.

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR OVER A YEAR AND DROPPED IT AT LEAST 50 TIME ON TO PAVEMENT AND CONCRETE AND STILL WORKS. IF YOU ARE RUFF WITH CELL PHONES AND NEED ONE THAT WORKS THROUGH IT ALL THIS IS THE PHONE FOR YOU. IT HAS ALOT OF COOL FEATURES FOR ALL TYPES OF PEOPLE AND ITS ALOT CHEAPER THAN ALL THE OTHER PHONES OUT THERE

I bought this phone through AT&T (got it free after rebate) with main intentions for tethering an internet conection through the phone to my laptop. and I must say I am very impressed, I travel a lot and have used the phone as my main source of internet for my laptop, even whilst actually moving! It works just about everywhere, and works especially great in 3G areas.
I opted for this after I found that with an air card you will need to sign a contract, with this you can cancel anytime and a LOT less start up fee is involved.

The LG CU400 cell phone is great. I bought this phone for several reasons. It has the quad-band GSM technology and the ability to accept international SIM cards, including those in the United States (AT&T & T-Mobile). Most of all, this phone is compatible with my hearing aids’ T-coil and the voices come across clear. I have callers saying that my voice comes across clear too. It also accepts my headset’s jack for further amplification, whereas most cell phones on the market are now switching to the Bluetooth technology for headset/hands-off devices. This cell phone, I believe, does accept the Bluetooth technology. I don't use all the added features that comes with the phone but I am sure it will come in handy when the time permits.

When my contract was up with my current phone company, I spoke with a very helpful sales representative. She suggested the LG CU400 as the best quality choice for the price. I am extremely grateful that I took her advice. It is simple enough to use without being plain. The camera is high quality and includes a video/voice recorder. Ringtones are crystal clear in sound quality and the screen is very easy to see. This flip phone is very durable, as I have dropped it many times and everything still works! One of my favorite features is the multiple alarm settings and calender with alarm reminder settings. My husband laughs at me, but I pull out this phone at the restaurant just to use the tip calculator. It also has internet, PTT, a loud speakerphone, music id, mobile tv, and downloadable games. I recommend this phone to a variety of people because of its many uses.

This was a great purchase. I have had very few problems with it. I love it! When buy this phone be sure that it is compatible with your plan otherwise you could end up wasting 140 dollars.

This was a great purchase and i love it. It has several wonderful features and there are several more that i have not even gotten to take advantage of yet.

I bought this phone for my husband. I read all of the other reviews about it and a few other phones and even checked one out at a local wireless store. It's a bit large for my taste but fits his hand well. Voices come through loud and clear, and he gets good reception everywhere. He doesn't use all of the "bells and whistles" like the camera, just the basics, so I can't comment on any of those options. He can see the numbers without his glasses (a plus) but the loud whooshing sound whenever he turns the phone off is very annoying, particularly in meetings. It's a constant reminder of the 3G technology but isn't necessary. No one cares about that when you're trying to conduct business. Overall, he's happy with this phone.
