I purchased this phone for my nephew because the phone he had was dying and it was the only mode of communication his girls could reach him by. The phone I purchased was everything the seller promised it would be. In addition.........it's an attractive phone as well. I needed a very dependable no frills phone and this phone fits the needs perfectly. I feel fortunate that I got the phone at a very good price. Talk about good things coming in small packages!!! All I can say is that I'll be doing business with this seller in the future because they are good to their word! Thanks!

This phone is for Verizon Wireless. It is working good with Verizon, however, the phone doesn't have other features that most phone has. Example, you can't add ringtone, no camera to take picture for backgroud, blue tooth. This Phone is good for basic function only.

I have used this phone daily in Maine for the past 18 months. The reception and sound are good. The voice dialing works (not true of all phones). And did I mention that its sturdy? How do I know? Well....I ran it over with my car. Killed the display, but that was to be expected. But amazingly enough, everything else still works! I have to get another phone...can't live long without the display, but guess what I'll buy. ANother one just like it!

Could not use it. THat phone has never been sold or used in this state, therefore it was a useless purchase for us. Live and learn I guess.

I love Kyocera phones. The set up of the phonebook is the most user friendly of any brand I have used. Also they are so well made, they don't break when I drop them. I had used my current Kyocera so long, most of the paint was off it, but it still works perfectly. So I wanted a new Kyocera, but didn't want a phone with a camera.
This Kyocera KX1 is wonderful. It is the right size for my hand. The reception is great and the sound quality is clear. It has a long battery life and, of course, the Kyocera phonebook I love. There are many faceplates available for this model, which is also important to me. Best of all, it really irritated the sales woman at Verizon that I didn't buy my phone from them.
