Kyocera 3250 (ALLTEL Wireless)

I bought this phone because I had a flip phone that was great for no intentional button pushing. It did not last a year and had poor reception. I like the features of this phone, the user friendly capabilities and the fact I have had it for 2 months without dropping one call speaks for itself. I love the phone so much I bought another one just like it for my wife.

It's a very nice phone. I especially like the clip that allows me to hang it from my belt loop. I don't like the exposed pad because I have had the phone dial things when the pad was touched or bumped by something.
Overall it is a good phone for me because I am prone to dropping it and it seems to handle some abuse.

This is the ultimate rugged phone for Alltel touch 2 talk service. The LCD crystal is thick and takes hits that would easily destory other phones. The belt-loop belt clip for a battery cover is an ingenious idea. The screen is large and high-resolution compared to the KX440 touch2talk. A GREAT choice if you want a phone that's truely as durable as a heavy-duty walkie-talkie. Originally it was almost $300--apparently quite cheap on ebay here with good condition ones with big accessory kits going for around $40. It looks like the only BAD review that can be found is someone whining buying this phone for cingular--HI! This phone is for Alltel only.

this is a very good cell phone for those of us that do not need all of the fancy bells and whistles offered on some phones. it has all the nessessary functions needed. the one thing i do dislike is that the battery only lasts about 1 1/2 days if it is set on the "power saver" mode. other than that, this is a great phone for the money.

THEY MADE THE PERFECT GIFTS FOR MY 13 AND 14 YEAR OLDS. THEY CAN PUT THEM IN THERE POCKETS, HOOK THEM ON THERE PANTS BELT LOOP. THEY ARE THE PERFECT SIZE THEY FIT RIGHT IN THE PALM OF YOU HAND. THEY GET GREAT RECEPTION. WE HAVE OTHER CELL PHONES AND THEY WORK BETTER THAN SOME OF THEM. I FOUND A GREAT DEAL ON THEM AND I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING NOT VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE KIDS WORKED OUT.

This is a great little phone. Its durable ( I have 3 kids who like to grab it, drop it, run over it!). Its also very easy to use. I've had some other phones that you HAD to read the manual in order to figure out diffferent functions. This is more intuitive and you can figure it out by scrolling around the menu. I really like this phone!

Nice clip on back of phone was great idea. Large clock that was easy to read. Speaker was very small and hard to hear in noise areas. Battery lasted at least 2 days before charging. The buttons were hard to read and hard to push because they were so small and close. Signal reception was better than many I have used. Overall good if you can find and use the small buttons, see pictures.

I bought it, because the advertisement said that it could also be program by Cingular, and I need a phone so I bought it. Upon receiving it, I realize that, (1) its not digital, (2) it can’t be program by Cingular. I called the company (phone2own) first thing and I explained it to them, and their (a lady) answer was, “I’m gonna send you an email address on how send it back or where return it”. Well, that a lied. I received a feedback email from the company and I gave them my honest respond, they were unhappy about it. I realized how angry they were after receiving their email, here is my note to them;

I thank for your respond. Obviously, you are not too happy with my FEEBACK. It seems like you never read my comment, or you just don't care. In that case let me explain myself to you one more time. You see upon received the phone, I called you guys over the phone in your office and I spoke to a lady, she was very nice, I told her what was it that I saw on display on eBay, and it was a digital phone, and next to it said something Cingular ( could be program by Cingular). Now that I received it, it's not. I asked her what to do with it? or How can/do I returned it?, and she said that she'll email me a return website, or how to?. All that never happened. Now, I am asking you, if it was you, or if you were to be in my position, would you lie to yourself and give a positive Feedback? Knowing that you just got a bad dealed, or should I call it false advertisement?,

It was me that you talked to and you had bought the wrong phone for your plan, which it clearly states to call your provider PRIOR to bidding. I sent you an email on 8/21/06 on how to return the item for a relisting fee and ironically the same day I received negative feedback...You bought a Alltel phone..., didn;t get ripped off, didn't follow directions in the auction...

My son's KY 3250 went dead! He wanted another, but we couldn't afford it at retail prices. A friend from Radio Shack actually suggested trying ebay, and well, we found another one. We are very pleased with it. It has a sport clip, which my son uses as he rock climbs and doesn't like to wear a watch.
