Kelly's Heroes (2000, DVD)

The movie was very good. I liked the part where they had that gun and they shot it yea, that was cool. And then there was this guy and he was like "Hey bla bla bla" all angry like and then every one laughed that was so funny.

I love this movie! Filled with great action actors and some that didn't do many movies. Clint Eastwood is at his best - young and tough! The story seems to be very believable, although some of the fighting action results seem impossible.

A spoof of WWII at the end of the war in Germany. A group of greedy sevice men attempt to pull a secret heist behind ememy lines and the whole war is back on from the general's headquarters.

kelly's heroes has got to be one of the best WWII movies ever made!!! What an all star cast, great story, great acting, Just a great movie!!

kell's heroes is a geart movie clint eastwood is a great actor reley makes a great movie, a must have for any clint eastwood fan.

Was a Movie Classic, from the time era of world war two, Americans fighting Germany, and americans kicking the Germans ass. I would have like to see more open sex in the movie, nudity and sex make a movie better. I also like seeing the blood and violence. But the best part of the Story was the Americans going after the stolen gold that the germans had, and the ending was good when the two evil army's fight a violent war and the americans won. They became rich, and took all the woman and rape them. Great film!

I wouldn't know about the DVD since I haven't recieved it. The seller has supposedly shipped it twice but hard to believe it was lost twice but anything is possible.

I got this dvd for my Old Movie collection,I am switching from VHS to DVD.I like to find older movies that are on dvd because the sound and picture are a much higher quality.When I shop for dvd's I always go to EBAY for the lowest price.

Classic WWII movie with a stellar cast.Great action,lots of comedy.A little far fetched in how the group is going to get away with all that loot!

The DVD is in excellent condition. Really enjoyed the movie. The only problem that I had with the purchase is the long wait for it to arrive. The seller made it seem like it was the USPS fault but I have had alot of deliveries with them and I prefer them over say like FED-X. Well anyway it arrived and it was fine and I have been enjoying it since. It is one that will help complete my Clint Eastwood collection.

The video came very quickly in the mail. It's my husband's favorite movie of all time so he was thrilled I purchased it for him!

I bought this movie as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. He absolutely loved it even though he received it after Christmas. I looked in all the stores and was not successful in finding it, that is why I went to eBay to buy it. I figured I would find it there, because eBay seems to have everything.

The current DVD release is missing scenes from the original sceen version.

It still gets a six out of five!

This is a great movie putting a lighter side on all the WWII movies that came out after the war through the 60's. This is a not so serious view of a group of renegades with one thing on thier mind - liberating gold 40 miles behind enemy lines.
Kelly (Clint Eastwood) pulls favors from all the guys who were under his command at one time assembling a crazy cast of characters who are bound and determined to push through the german fronts to get to a town where the gold is being housed.
With Donald Sutherland playing "Odd-ball", Telly Savalas playing "Big Joe", Don Rickles playing "crap game" and a bunch of other guys you know, this movie will never fail to entertain if you are into those "movies for guys who like movies" mentality.
It is a long one with an intermission cut from where the original picture needed projector reels changed.
My dad told me he watched this movie during the Vietnam era while stationed on a in between in Germany. He said all the guys loved it there and I can see why still to this day.

I watched this as a kid when it first hit the big screen and loved it! This film has more up and comming stars than any other movie or film I can think of. Telly Savalas, who later to become the tough-guy detective with the slogan "who love ya baby" and then there's Carol O'Conner, who went on to play Archie in the hit TV series "All in the Fanily. Of course there's also Clint Eastwood, Alias-Dirty Harry (Do You Feel Lucky Punk? -Well Do You?) And there's also the talented Donald Sutherland, a major star from the M*A*SH TV series; as well as my all-time favorite Stand-Up Comedian, Don Rickels, who plays a card shark. Also stars the captain of the "Love Boat" Gavin MacLeod. This is a great action type war spoof that is so funny, and very exciting and entertaining! If you are a fan of the TV series "Hogan's Heroes" you will love this full length film version based on similiar premises-we beat the Germans!!!~USA-USA-USA!!!!

This is BY FAR Clint's BEST movie. I am a HUGE Star Wars fan, ANH. And this movie is right up there with it. If Star Wars never existed, This would be number one with me.

I used to stay up on Friday and Saturday nights when it was on after 1AM back in the 1970s and 80s. What a great movie....
