I bought this DVD after my VHS of this exact video was ruined. I like this workout beacuse I feel results without really getting out of breath, when I feel like I could die after other workout videos. It's low impact but still very effective. It's a 20 min workout for your upper body using light hand weights, and a 20 minute workouts for lower body. A 10 minute Ab section. I love this video.
I'm not a Kathy Smith fan. The majority of her workouts, in my opinion, are just really bad, non-motivating, non-challenging and awkward. However, after being pleasantly surprised with Tummy Trimmers - a very good DVD - I recently came upon this one and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It is a very versatile workout with weights. It features "2 tracks", two options of how you want to do the workout at the same time. You can either do heavy weights, two sets of each (Cathe style), or choose lighter weights with lots of reps (like Jari Love). It hits each muscle group and I felt it the next day. Quite good!
