This is the BEST workout video!! I can't do abs because my back doesn't handle it, but this does abs without the strain!!! By working my legs, it thins my abs and tummy (those wonderful love handles--bye bye!!), hips and thighs... When you're doing it, it doesn't feel like you're working that hard, but you definitely feel it the next day!!!! :) It's so awesome! I've gone from a size 12 to a size 8 in 3 months!! Thanks Kathy!!!
