) Wilson was a great Cajun chef and I love all of his cookbooks. This is another great example of his recipes. I grew up in Louisiana and his recipes are true to the way cooking is done in South Louisiana. I highly recommend this one.

Great Cookbook I garontee Ya!!!!3 of 3 people found this review helpful.
I wanted to get this cookbook because I remember his cooking show that he did about ten years ago that the recipes he used was right out of this book. Real CAJUN!!!
There are some great recipes in the book for dirty rice,chicken and sausage jambalaya,Justin's succotash or something,shrimp patties,shrimp ala creole,and much more.
His Cajun personality comes out throughout the book as well. You will not be sorry in getting this book. I bought one for myself and a few for my friends.
There are over 300 recipes for real home cookin'.
