If you've even seen a mixtape in the last 5 years, you have undoubtedly seen a track or ten from Joe Budden aka Jumpoff. The best way to describe Joe is a cross between Jay-Z, Fabolous and Ludacris. He has a flow that simply dominates tracks, but has the substance to insert witty lines, and wordplay that borders on greatness. The production?
