The dvd routine is very challangeing . i like it though makes exercising fun and quick. is very fast pace takes a while to catch on . Fun and fast paced.
Brought the DVD thinking, "Great, Jillian Michaels DVD, she will really work me hard". This DVD is aimed at 18-23 year old (which it does not say on pack)as 32yr old I could bearly keep up with the moves (I am ok fittness wise, go for 15min run, 45min areobics about 3 times a week) Jillian stands back and lets the dances take the class, when they say left they really mean your right side, which is a bit confusing.
