Great camera for video. Not good for pictures. If you need it for pictures buy a separate digital camera since this one simply does not cut it.
Do not care for their software but you will find your way around. Make sure your computer has a least 1GB of space and good memory.
You can convert your files to MPEG4 format and edit with your favorite software. Make it simple use Microsoft Windows Movie Maker (free). Do not buy the GZ-MG135 because you cannot convert your files to other formats. This one does.
Get the SONY VRD-MC3 from your favorite auction place to burn your movies directly to a DVD.
Do not care for their software but you will find your way around. Make sure your computer has a least 1GB of space and good memory.
