While I was on vacation at Myrtle last summer, my brother in law bought an iPod and I became his best friend when I showed him how to use it. That was my mistake because I became the Family Tech Support Hotline. I was so pissed (because some people should stick to 8-track)- I went ahead and purchased the book for him. My technically challenged side of the family stopped calling and the F.T.S. Hotline was reduced to one call a month. Thanks Dummies Books for helping the technology challenged people!!!!!
This is a great book. Especially when you don't know about your new ipod. The book lets you know what your doing wrong. This book covers everything you'll need to know about your ipod. Thanks, Tammy A.
I THINK ALL THE "FOR DUMMIES" BOOKS ARE PRETTY WELL DONE. THEY USE HUMOR TO HOLD YOUR ATTENTION. THIS BOOK IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS I THINK. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE BUT I ALSO READ SOME TIPS AND IDEAS I HADN'T THOUGHT OF OR HAD THOUGHT OF IN A DIFFERENT WAY. I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD IDEAS. THIS BOOK HAS SOME.
I thought this was a good book I didn't know a think about ipods, and it really helped me to understand them better. I bought the book befor I got the Ipod so I would be able to use it as soon as I got the Ipod instead of sitting there wondering how I am suppose to get music on it. I do think some of the stuff the book got into is still over my head, and I think it could of explained a little better on how to put music on your Ipod from other places besides Itunes. I would absolutly recommend someone who is not really familiar with Ipods and Itunes to buy the book.
