Buying properties subject to, is a subject that every investor will need to master at one point or another to succeed in this business long term.
No matter how good your credit is at some point you will be turned down on a loan. That is when buying subject to comes in. The ability to buy property subejct to allows you to grow exponentially and thus increase your profits without increasing your existing liability as much.
Wendy outlines buying subject to in detail in this book ad gives enough information that the mildy skilled real estate investor can easily get started making subject to offers on properties.

I first heard Wendy Patton speak at a real estate investor seminar in Ohio, I was impressed and really liked what she had to say. This book has more of her poignant ideas and insights on buying property subject to.
This book like so many other Guru books has lots of repeat information but their are some genuine good ideas I got out of it so I got my moneys worth. For the cost of this book if you can get one good idea then you got your moneys worth.
One of the main reasons I was not that impressed with this book is that I have read so many books on the subject it takes alot more to impress me.
I still recommend it to anyone looking to leanr about bying property subject to. (Incidental "subject to" is my favorite way to buy real estate)

This book is wonderful! Its for the very proactive, and it is a step by step guide to these deals. I have used some of the techniques, and it works!

This is a very good. It explains every aspect of this process. Some books are more general than others. This seems to get to the meat and potatoes of the subject. It even gives several examples of such. It is well worth the read. Someone actually loaned me this book. After I started reading it, I decided to buy my own so that I could reread it. This way, I would still have the book as a reference. You will not be disappointed.
