Inspired by . . . the Bible Experience (2007)

This is great. The actors bring this Bible CD alive. It makes it easier to remember verses when you hear it with detail from the actors voices. Listening to this has helped me catch up on much reading which I needed to. I Thank God for this because in such a sort time having this, I know a lot more than I ever did. Each CD has the contents printed on it, which is very good to look up on other translation of the Bible to compare. This is NIV. When played on Windows Player it shows Each track/verse so you can search through it easily. Easy to share with your Church or friends, because it has many discs. Comes in a nice zipper case to protect. I recommend this to all new and old Believers.

I love hearing the Bible being read by strong Black voices. It transforms the Bible into a place I can idenitify with. I relaxes you and gives the people in the Bible strength and purpose. Their reading of the Bible makes it exciting. You want to here the entire Bible in one night. Whoever came up with this idea I thank them from the top of my heart.

This is a very well recorded CD set of the over all Bible. I can see why they call it the "Bible Experience" because hearing the Cd's is a great Experience!! I take them on walks with me & I can also listen to them while there is other things going on in my home that may keep me from being able to read the Bible. I just put on the head phones & follow along in my Bible verse by verse.

I also use them in the car on trips or just short distances. This is an altogether Excellent production and very real. The background noises of (water, lambs, crowds...) is as if you are at that place, at that time.

If you don't have the Bible Experience, your missing out on a wonderful blessing for kids - to any age adult.

I first downloaded a few of its books from itunes and realized I have to hear them all. I'm not religious, but these audiobooks speak to me in a way I've never known. Sitting down and reading the Bible just was not going to happen for me. Now I find myself applying everything I hear on these CDs to what I'm doing in real life. After listening to these audio books it's clear to me what is being said in a plain and simple context, I find no confusion, or contradictions in these books (like some people claim the bible to be).In the many books there are those un-attractive truths about human life (sin), but on the whole, after reading (listening) I see that there is hope for us. God help us, and I think He will.
