Al Pacino fans....this is one of his best films in years. The added bonus here is Robyn Williams as the villian. But wait! I don't want to give away the plot. If you haven't seen it, you don't know what you're missing! If you like drama & suspense, get this one for your collection. And by the way, this one also features Hillary Swank before Million Dollar Baby!

I bought this movie knowing nothing about it except the actors. It turned out to be a real sleeper. Very enjoyable and lots of twists and turns. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes a movie that has plenty of action. I don't think of Robin Williams in a part like this but he pulls it off quite well.

I enjoy Al Pacino and he picked a good role especially because it involved more acting and no sex. the script was welll written and would recommend it to others.

Don't worry, Will. You can sleep when you're dead. All I have to say is thank Heavens they didn't use this line in the movie! It was in the trailer, and has served as catalyst to many of my seemingly unprovoked laughs at work (I know they must think I'm totally crazy up there!) Not to mention, it is so cliche. I will be more than happy to hit the sack today. Insomnia never made me yawn, not even once. It went much deeper than that, and all I could think of when walking out of the theater was my bed, how much I loved it, how much I praised God that I still had my ability to sleep. Oh yeah, the.

Adapted from the thriller by the same name, it's a creepy little psychological bit of mayhem changed to an American setting and actors. I first saw a preview for Insomnia a few months ago when I was at a movie. Ever since then, I ve been waiting to see Insomnia. I thought it looked like it would be good, and Robin Williams is in it. I can t say that this particular review is going to be a very memorable experience at the theater for me. But this was not because of the movie, but because I originally first saw Insomnia in the theater, with a now ex-boyfriend. Yuck! It s a good thing I saw this on DVD recently to make up for it.
