story is a good one too! A team of Arctic researchers find a 40,000 year-old frozen man in ice and bring him back to life. The Anthropologist (Timothy Hutton) wants to befriend the Iceman (John Lone) and learn about the man's past. Dr. Brady (Lindsay Crouse) and her team want to discover the secret that will allow a man to live in a frozen state. When the Iceman becomes part of their lives, the results are quite moving. It's a great story! Many thanks!

) A very funny children's movie but overall it's a movie that anyone can and would enjoy. I'm not a big fan of children's or for the matter cartoon movies, but this one in particular managed to retain my attention making me not only watch this one, but the second part as well. Highly recommend anyone to watch it with their kids, grandkids, nieces, or nephew or alone and you will enjoy it from start to finish.

EXCELLENT SELLER!!!I bought the DVD Ice Age from this Seller for my grandson and it was/is exactly as it was described. It was the perfect gift for my nephew's birthday---he was wanting that dvd and i had looked every where and could not find it---so i tried E-bay and not only did i find it there but it was a great price---it came too me in ment condition and i was very pleased with it---i have gotten several more from E-bay sellers after that. E-bay is my favorite place too shop.

This is one of my favorite movies. This is the kind of movie that you can watch over and over again and not get bored with it.
It has a great range of genres in it as well: humor, drama, adventure, and suspense all rolled into one.
The movie takes place during the Ice Age (hence the name of the movie) where a group of animals (a herd as they start calling themselves) is trying to bring a young human child to his father. The herd consists of 3 animals (plus the child), they are: Manny (mammoth), Sid (sloth), and Diego (sabre-tooth tiger).
This movie is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. It's a movie for kids of all ages.
