The book is quite easy to read; it's set up in such a way as to be easily remembered. There are a lot of examples of the concepts throughout the book, and the life-map cd-rom is full of helpful information and videos. The information is excellent and up-to-date. I'm learning a lot and enjoying it! I will not be selling this book back at the end of the semester; it will be too valuable a resource for the rest of my career.

I was not too pleased with this buyer because I was not given the book. I needed it for a class and because they did not have my book in stock, I was refunded my money, but I still did not have a book. I gave this seller an average score because I was at least refunded the money, but I did not have a book. I was able to find another, it was just a little inconvenient.

I love the fact that I can get the textbooks I need at such a lower price than the bookstore at my school. Sometimes the cost of all the textbooks can be very overwhelming! I think I am speaking for everybody when I say how great it is to be able to type in an ISBN#, and find the book you need for half the price. Thanks again!

the book was in very good shape, I received the book on time. There is very minor writing in the book. The CD was not included, the seller did not mention it in the description.

I had a horrible expeirence with this seller. I paid for my book and never recieved it and got no notification about the book not being in the mail from the seller. I ended up having to take three tests without it and I didn't know that it wasn't coming until half.com refunded my money a while later.
