This laser printer is great for restaurant menus compared to my inkjet...Great color great speed and a great price.This unit has paid for itself and I am truely happy!If you know how to design a menu using very little ink then this is it.All you need is MS Office and your set to go.

i paid for this item in a fast manner, the way i do with every item that has ever been bought on ebay via paypal, seller never sent item, then send me a half refund and tells ebay i never paid for the item if that is the case why do i have a 43. dollar credit in paypal from cs market enterprises llc on jul 3 2008? i don't want the refund i want the item that i bid on and paid for.

I bought the same printer over a year ago and the transfer belt on this printer broke and there is no replacement for it because HP does not make the replacement belt for this printer. In addition, there is no way you can actually take the printer apart and replace the belt. The sad thing is the set of color toner cartridges that came with this printer is still 70% full when the printer died. In order to get my money worth of buying this printer a year ago, I have to purchase another one from eBay that does not come with the toner cartridges for a lower cost. If I have to buy another color laser printer after I have used up the toner cartridges, HP will not by my choice. There are so many other color laser printers out there that is as good if not better than HP but last a lot longer and cost less. HP laser printers used to last a long time, but not any more, they are so cheaply made and build now, you will be lucky if they last more than a year or two.

Very good product, I should have researched better though. I can buy new at Sam's Club new with toner cartridges for $189. Toner cartridges on EBAY are out of line. For the price of the toner cartridges on EBAY I can buy and throw away a new printer each time I run out of toner. I would rate the printer as excellent, but having to buy the toner cartridges separately at the price they are going for, put the overall down to Below average or Poor. I think alot of these ebayers are buying new printers and separating the toner, and selling everything separately. I went to Sam's Club and bought a new HP LaserJet 2600n and will be putting the one I bought off of ebay and try to recoup some of my losses. Buying from Sam's Club I rate as Excellent for this item, from EBAY as Below Average.

I liked: Very easy setup, clear directions and easy pathway to install the four toner cartridges.
I liked: fast print speed of color, crisp images, and image color matches the printed page.
I liked the small footprint of this color laser printer, and 40 lbs. makes it very easy to re-locate this printer.

I love that it prints fast, prints well, and prints cheaply.

Unpacking and setup was pretty easy, but the only printed instructions were 100% pictures, and not entirely clear. There are many pieces of plastic and tape to remove. After that, setup onto my network was no problem, and software installation on the PCs was no problem.

It did give a "Paper Jam" error when the paper tray became mostly empty. After filling the tray, it recovered just fine. No paper was actually jammed anywhere. But if it ever does jam, I will not know what to do. No printed instructions. I guess I would search the CD that came with it, if I could find the CD at that time. I'd better copy it to a hard drive.

It is a little loud.

All in all, I love it!

The printer came as described and works perfectly. Has made a great difference in printing cost. A real money saver!!! Great deal...... great eBayer!!

The speed and clarity of the work produced makes this my favorite printer in our office. This is the second one we purchased and the ONLY reason we needed the new one was because one of my employees put "transfer" paper into it and it melted to the wheels cause the next regular paper to melt to the insides. Tough mistake, but we immediately purchased one identical to it because of it's dependable qualities. Easy to change the 4 toner colors and, except for the melt-down, this printer has NEVER had a paperjam!
Yes, the employee is still working for me, but isn't allowed to use anything other than regular copy paper anymore!

I have used these printers at work for some time now and for a personal or small business these are fantastic. The Colour is the same as what you would see in a Large Scale Colour Laser Printer. The Printer Cartridges for this Printer are reasonably priced for a colour probably the lows price i have found around usually in the $90 range per cartridge. if you are in the market for colour and dont really need to print Photos (as this printer isnt really for that) this printer is way more cost effective then an inkjet.

It was such an amazing deal I couldn't let it go! These printers work great because I've used them at work and know people trying to start businesses using them so it all works out! Packaging is great and never any damage! Definitely satisified with this dealer any time I buy!

This was a great buy, factory rebuilt, with full warranty, and works like a charm.....does everything I need and more.....I bought this to save money on ink for inkjet printers, and it has a much sharper image....would recommend this printer.....C Verner

It only came with enough black toner to print the test page, so I haven't really been able to get a decent use out of it yet, but the print quality is FAR beyond what I expected!

I got this one because it had a lot of good reviews. It's not top-of-the-line, but it really is fantastic!
Not as fast as some laser printers these days, but for a home laser-printer it still surprised me.


I just wish toner wasn't so expensive for it (or complicated to refill if you do it that way).

I work on HP LaserJet printers everyday and the 2600 is a good color laser for home use. Inexpensive to buy, but like all color laser printers toner is not cheap, but 2600 is better than some.

After reviewing and researching, I chose this printer because of HP's reputation. I also have an HP three-in-one inkjet printer that's getting pretty old, but still keeps on tickin'. This color laser printer is quiet and very, very fast with great color saturation. I tried it on laser printer paper and glossy photo paper, both came out exceptionally great! It's a great bargain for a semi-professional look for all your photos and documents. Even though mine is a factory refurbished unit, it still behaves brand new. It might be a little noisy on start-up, but that's normal during calibration for any high-end printer. I highly recommend this product.

This printer I have purchased HP Color LaserJet 2600n is very good and I am getting my work done with it. It is a good product for you if have Home Business or Small Business. I recommand this printer over any other MFC or Color InkJets.

I consider this a great buy, the printer was shipped fast, works great and I would do it again.I had not problems setting the printer up.

I have used 3 2600 and 1 2650 for near a 100K prints and they hold up!

The most important part is to blow them out and keep them clean, you will not have a problem if you do that.

The price was right. The shipping cost was reasonable, considering the weight and size of the package. The sellers' feed back rating was very good and that was the main reason why I decided to buy from them.

After having a lot of inkjet printers I was tired of having to change cartages every 2-3 months or every 300 pages. I decided to try a laser printer and I bought the LaserJet 2600N.
I consider it to be an exellent office printer, I use it at home, but it is capable of handling a small office.
The printing quality is exellent for text and graphics, it can handle pictures but not at a high level.
One thing I liked very much is that I don't have to worry about paper jams, I never had one since I bought it.

It is big, and not so pretty, but it does what it is claimed to do.
Please don't be fooled by inkjets claiming to have a printing speed of 20ppm that is not true unless you print in VERY low quality and most of the time you won't even come close to the declared speed.
The 2600N is rated at 8ppm in B/W or Color, it doesn't make any difference, and the quality is as a high quality print in a inkjet. So if you took the 2 printers and made a direct comparison I consider that the laserjet is about twice as fast than any inkjet.
I personally timed the 2600 and it does perform as declared.
I recomend this printer to ANYONE, if you are tired of spending money in replacements than get this one, it is worth every penny.

I never thought I'd be able to afford a color laser printer for my home business, but this one is great! It will save me time and money in the long run by using toner instead of ink, and actually has a paper tray I don't have to fill up two times a day like my old one. The quality of the prints and the speed at which it prints is perfect. I bought this printer because a friend advised me specifically on the HP 2600n because his office bought one, and he really liked it. It's easy to setup on a network, too! So far, I am one happy customer!

I purchased a HP LaserJet 2600n printer a couple months ago because I needed a smaller printer so that I did not have to make a trip to the pool printer which we use at my company. This is by far one of the easiest printers to set up and operate that I have ever used. I was so impressed with its ease of use and user friendly features that I decided to purchase another for my administrative assistant which is working well in fact, so well that I purchase another for our accounting department and one to use at home. All four printers work problem free and produce excellent quality color and b/w prints... the speed is not extremely fast but fast enough. The draw back with the printer is the cost of toner however, it seems that all toners are rather expensive to me so maybe they are not that far out of line. HP and Brother have been my choise of printers for many years and both have excellent service. I would highly recommend this printer for home and office use... it is not the all in one and cannot be used as a copier however for excellent color and b/w high quality printing, you will not go wrong.

First of all I have wanted a color laser printer for quite some time but they were always out of my price range. The price on this one including shipping was very good. My husband who is really good with computer technology compared this laser printer with others on the market and this one turned out to be the best. I love the beautiful color pictures that come out of it, the printer is networkable (we can print from it on any computer in the house)and it is very quiet. The only thing that will be a problem is buying the toner cartridges because currently it cost $300 for the cartridges. Besides that I am in love with my color laser printer.

I really like this printer because it doesn't boast of being able to do everything- just one thing well.
