Hewlett Packard Deskjet 450Ci InkJet Printer

I read a review on this type of printer and I'm having the same problem. I guest that the HP 450 was taken off the market and replaced with the HP 460 because of its inadequate preformance. It only prints when it wants, which is not very often. If you intend on buying one you better have lots of patience.

what a great little printer!

we needed a mobile printer for our outside of store installation jobs for our PA department.

this little printer really fits the bill. It is lightweight and easy to use.

I would buy it again if I needed to.

I travel a lot for my job. I have been looking for a printer I could carry with me. I sometimes need to print out instructions or checklists. There are several portable printers out there but the all cost $250 or more. I was able to get this one much cheaper. It works beautifully and is small enough to carry in my luggage. Even at that size it can handle normal 8.5" by 11" paper. You can get a battery for these printers but it is not worth it to me. I can usually find an AC outlet somewhere close.

Very good portable printer at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Windows Vista contained the drivers for it making it really easy to use, just plug and play. Other drivers available at the HP web site.
Good quality color and black and white printing.
All in all a very good printer for on the go printing.

Like new, tough and reliable. Would not trust any other printer after using this one. This is the best at any price.

The printer was all I hoped it to be . I needed it because I do A lot of camping and must take work with me. So I really needed as printer.

Easy to operate. Very compact. Print quality appears very good. Not very fast but considering its use intended for field work and not mass printer is overall a good buy. We will be using it on a mission to Africa where there is no electricity for a field medical clinic. We should actually be writing this review after using it in the field.

Great little printer, emphasis on little, this compact printer gives me quality true color pictures. I love it.

I work for a hospital as a remote coding supervisor and when I travel to visit family and am working w/my laptop, I can now print the reports I need
It is one of the best items I have purchased, works great and was easy to set up and install!

I could not have gotten it faster if I were to pick it up myself....
It looks and works as if were brand new...
No manuals came with it but did not need any...If they would have then I would have thought it was new.

I purchased this printer for use when I travel. Not all hotels give you access to a printer or their printer. I found myself always in need of printing a map, tickets, document, pictures, etc. This printer is very lightweight and can easily be packed into my suitcase. The prints are high quality, just as good as the bigger models. I love this little printer and am very glad I purchased it. Anyone that has to travel for his or her job or just for pleasure trips would not go wrong purchasing this printer.

i just love this little portable printer. I am sick from chemo and i still do taxes for my friends and now i dont have to go up and down steps to use my big printer.
I was looking for something affordable and even tho it was an older model, as long as it worked for me and i could get the ink i was happy.

I needed a printer that would work without power as with a battery. This has an excellent print as well as being very dependable. The battery that came with the printer holds an excellent charge. The seller was awesome as far as helping me with a driver problem. I recomend this printer model to anyone

I needed a small travel printer for work related tasks. The 450ci seemed to fit the job. I found what looked like a good buy on ebay for a used one and bought it. Although it came with no power supply, I also was able to locate one on an ebay store and bought that. The color ink was okay, but the black one didn't work, so I found one locally and bought it. That brought my total to about $120. The printer prints beautifully, but the feed jams on almost every sheet, requiring me to hand feed and "help" each sheet through. Sometimes even that dosen't work. I will have it checked out when I can locate a printer servicer. It is possibly the rollers. If it fed properly, I would give it a good rating. It is a fairly small and lightweight travel printer. There are later models that may be better, but I have not tried one.

This repair was turned around in next to no time at a more than reasonable price.
My only warning to anyone else using this service is to ensure you don't include ink cartridges. I made the mistake of doing just that and the printer was returned without cartridges.

The company quickly sent replacement cartridges, but not the originals I sent (their colour cartridge was an empty Walgreens one and mine were HP), and, three weeks later I'm still waiting for a working colour cartridge!!!
AND TWO MONTHS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE A WORKING COLOUR CARTRIDGE FROM THEM...

It was very good and the product was as decribed. I got a power supply on eBay and ink from Amazon, downloaded driver from HP site. Pluggged on the power and loaded th driver and it printed perfectly.

love the price and quality for a small portable printer. It came exactly as it was described and as promised.

I purchased this used mobile printer that was supposed to work, except for the plastic paper holder. Well, I knew about that, so that was not a problem, however the printer printed one page and then it stopped feeding paper. The rollers would not engage. It was a bit frustrating since I had already purchased ink for it and gotten the right software from HP and I purchased the printer to take it along on a trip. So I ended up spending a lot of time, I don't have a printer for my trip and most likely won't buy a used printer again. The seller refunded all my money promptly.

I like the printer. I needed sa printer with a paralelloutput port, and no one makes them any more.
The printer was delivered ina timely mannar, and it's condition was exactly as the seller haddescribed it to be.

This was myfirst ever purchased from EBAY, I was very pleased, and haved bought several items since.
I have found several items I have been wanting that I haven't been able to get anywhere else.

Apparently, the HP 450C is not the latest model of mobile printer from HP, but, for my uses it works just great!

It prints quite a bit slower than my regular printer, but the quality is comparable.

I can't comment on the photo printing capabilities of this printer, because I don't use it for that. But for basic printing in color or b & w, it does a super job.

I often travel with 2 laptops to some of my work locations, and though I only occasionally need a printer, this one is so compact, I just take along "in case" I might need it. It is definitely compact; I was looking for something both small and lightweight since my bag is already heavy!

If you need a basic printer for business on the go, this will do the job (and for a lot less than the newer model!)

It was brand new and worked great! This is a great vendor who always delivers the best products and more often than not you get more than you thought you purchased!

This printer works excellent has no problems and has a fast bluetooth response pages print quick and very clear with no mess ups like some printers leave little extra spots on the paper there is nothing to dislike about this printer i bought this printer for my mobile computer repair company so i can print pages on the go

I wanted a small printer to connect to my laptop. This printer definitely meets my needs and works great. I have purchased two of them - one for my use and one for my sister-in-law who also wanted one for her laptop after she saw mine and how it worked. The price was right and everything was included except the ink cartridges. There is nothing I don't like about it.

I purchased this used portable printer (which, by the way, are hard to find in stores) and was very satisfied with the quality and delivery. It works and looks good and the seller was honest about me needing to order the software (which was free from HP.)

I needed a mobile printer for my laptop and business that I am in. It works very well. I like buying on ebay for the good deals. i would buy from this person again had a very good sales transaction.
