Hewlett Packard 97 (C9363WN)

Always buy the HP 97 cartridges over the HP 95. The HP manual shows the 95 as the first pick but it has half the ink of the 97. No wonder they list it first. They can sell more 95's than 97's that way.
The ink in both is the same and as always a great deal better than what I have seen from most other manufacturers.

Needed to provide my Mom's Presto.com Hp printer with new cartridges. She lives 2000 miles away and I was able to order on line and have quick delivery to her door. Service was fast, reliable and competitively priced.

This was an original manufacturer's product and not a refilled cartridge or refurbished cartridge. The cartridge arrived in its original retail package and not beyond the installation expiration date.
The product produces crisp print and excellent color photo prints. The colors are true to life with nice clean edges. I have used refills or refurbished cartridges, but with the low price you can purchase the original manufactures product at eBay, these are a true value.

Was able to fix a problem that was brought up with in two days. Was very professional and know now what he has a 100% feedback rating.

I have not had good luck in using refilled cartridges. By using EBay, I am able to purchase original manufacturer's equipment at a reduced price, which considerable lowers cost of printing and cost per page of printing dramatically.

great ink cartridge. produces a lot of pictures and very nice color. I bought it because it is the only cartridge that fits my printer. I dislike the cost of them in local stores. $50 for ink is a lot of money just for the luxury of printing photos at home. Although I am happy with the pictures it makes, if i couldn't get good deals on ebay I would toss the printer in the trash

OEM product which was at a good price. I have found that the OEM products provide better printing when purchased with a good date. OEM products that I have purchased which was out of date never worked properly and if they did the quality of print was just not as good as the OEM products that was indate.

this is not a refill. New and the price was so good. I priced it at a retail store . double what i just got it for. Thanks I love EBAY

I have a HP Deskjet 6540 printer and have always used the HP ink cartridges. I have not had any problems in buying a brand new HP ink cartridge on e-Bay. I am careful to look at the expiration date of the items up for auction. I do a lot of photo printing and try to save a few dollars in printing costs by finding such items on e-Bay, over retail price.

I have a all in one printer that requires this cartridge. I do like it and it is easy and cheaper to get through ebay. Wasn't too impressed with the seller though as he said the cartridge wouldn't expire for 6+ months and it expired in a month.

I will do business with this seller again. Received ink cartridge just a few days after ordering (shipped on Tuesday and received on Friday!) Arrived in excellent condition. Brand new HP ink cartridge for a fraction of the cost in the store. I recommend this seller to anyone considering buying ink cartridges online at eBay. This seller is an asset to eBay.

Seller NAVISTAR1954 has listed a review of me in the Wrong Section because the item he is complaining about is too old. He is still circumventing the E Bay System as he has since I left him Neutral Feedback on the Triple Diamond Kit he reviews me on; He left me a POSITVE on that transaction and refused to go to the Post Office to have the alleged Broken Belly Glass Inspected. I would have refunded his money had he done that, my feedback is 99.9% since 1988. The package was well packed and surrounded in foam rubber as well as cardboard. Accidents happen, things can break, that is why I insure items like this- and it was insured. It takes cooperation of the Buyer to take the package down to the Post Office so a claim can be instituted. If the Post Office would have denied his claim, I still would have refunded his money, I always try to satisfy my buyers.. I then saw the same glass kit listed on Ebay where Navistar took my Picture and copied my auction. WHY he is listing my review under an Ink Cartridge is self evident, he has contiouously tried to ruin my reputation since I had left him a Neutral Feedback and he, in his own words "Declared War On Me". Ebay pulled all his derogatory statements made about me on auctions not mine, and after he was warned, he did it again on another auction. I am reporting this review to E Bay, it is obviously on the wrong item, and consistent in what Navistar has done to me for the past month. If you want to risk going through something like this with Navistar, buy from him. I hope he never does this to you and you have a good experience. If you upset him, you will be sorry as he has done this same thing to other sellers, just check his feedback in 2006 forward.

IT WAS PACKED POORLY & NOT EVEN THE USPS WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE OF THE CONDITION THE BOX WAS IN,THE SELLER FINESTCOLLECTORSTAR JUST DID NOT PACKED IT RIGHT & THE GLASS GOT BROKEN-SO THIS IS A POOR EXAMPLE OF CARELEESNESS ON HIS PART.THANKYUU RICHARD

This item was purchased because it was an genuine New HP cartridge, not a refill which typically results in poor quality and the price including shipping was approximately 60% less than buying it at the local stores. The product description was very accurate and shipping was very fast. A critical factor to always observe is the expriation date stamped on the box. In this instance, the product description included the expiration date. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who uses HP 97 ink cartridges.
