Pros:
The Beatles were starting to progress both musically and lyrically.
Cons:
Many mediocre songs including parts of the unimpressive score.
In 1964, The Beatles had a huge success with their first film and its soundtrack, A HARD DAY'S NIGHT. In 1965, its follow up, HELP became equally as successful. HELP was released in both England and the US, but in 2 different versions. Both versions contained 7 of the biggest songs, but there were 2 major differences. The first big difference is the exclusion of the instrumental score on the British version. The second major difference is the absence of "Yesterday" (originally titled "Scrambled Eggs") on the American version. I can't imagine why The Beatles chose to leave "Yesterday", the...
