He has now gotten the payment and 15 days later still no books. It does not make sense to me that it takes this long for this transaction to be completed. He said he did not get the first payment we sent and it took forever for him to respond to my emails and now that he says he did receive payment we still have not received the books.

This is an awesome set of books, even if you have never played the game it is still a good read, and if you have, i would get the books just to know the story a little better.

These are good books for the Halo addicted person. It is also an opportunity to get them to read and not just play. I bought this as a gift for that reason and it was appreciated. They tell the story behind, about the game. This gives the gamer the addition of background to enhance their "sport".

I don't read too many books but I am a huge Halo fan. I saw these books for really cheap online so i decided to buy them. It was one of my best purchases to date. These books show in depth insight into the halo universe and show you the background of the spartan program. I was so enthralled with these books that I finished all 3 in less than a week. They will keep you reading and you will NOT want to put the books down. A must read, 5/5.

Anyone interested in the Halo games will appreciate them even more with these background stories of the Master Chief and the Halo Universe. I am even more geared up for the 4th novel and Halo 3 after reading these. The two novels by Nylund are expertly written and provide details that you would never know otherwise. The novel by Dietz takes on a very different style and has more battle descriptions than dialogue so it's not as fun a read but it still reinvents the first Halo game with deeper details. Again, anyone interested in the game will fall right into these novels as they connect perfectly with the series and the graphic novel. Great read!!!
