HP iPAQ Pocket PC Rz1710

this pocket pc is on the lowest end of the ipaq's, but is really good considered it is that low. The only reason it is not a 5 is because it does not have built in wlan, which is terrible if you buy the wifi card because of its low memory. i wouldn't recommend buying this product if you intend to browse the internet alot. this pocket pc is good for calendar, word, excel, games, and its other features. this is also good for email.

Ecellent PDA. I own a Palm brand but my wife needed one compatable with microsoft outlook and this one was cheap. I wasn't sure if she would like it but it is very nice and easy to use and very light weight. I would reccommed to anyone looking for a PDA.

Have not had ipaq long and it just stopped working , it will not even tirn on......not happy....50.00 something dollars and a total weaste......!

my wife got this because she was wanting a new toy that would help here with work and other things. it is working out great for her. shipping was quick and the product arrived as it said it would.

I liked that it looked new. I bought it because I wanted a new organizer for my busy life. I already had one but had a little extra money to spend so I bought it. It didn't work well and only worked for a few hours. The product was nothing compared to the palm brand of palm pilots. I would definetly stay away from the HP handhelds and get the palm brand. I have a palm brand palm pilot and it is an older version than the HP handheld that I bought but it is definetly better than the HP. I hope that this helps.

The product is old and does not have the support or applications that newer PDAs have, but it gets the job done if you are looking for something simple and supports basic window functions.

good pda but do only thing dad of it is that it dosent have bluetooth and not even wireless internet but u cud still get internet by putting a wifi sd card on it, but everthing alse is great its a good pda...

I might have loved the item had I ever received it . The seller is not honest and having a pleasant transaction with him is like Not getting shot in a game of Russian Roulette . Just look at his feedback , oh but I guess according to him it's everybody's fault but His . BeWare this guy has NO problem Yankin your chain and then He'll put all blame on you in a immature threatening email .

Simply put, this guy is not top of the line. However, I dig it just the same and get plenty of use out of it. I would suggest that if it is high tech you are looking for... look a little further. But if it is basic functionality e.g. dates, times, notes, docs, and to read a bit here and there... this will do fine. If it is video, audio and games, go forward in time a bit. Over all, good though. I put a new battery in mine even though hp doesn't recommend. Seems better now.

The charger is bad, and the battery life on it is barely 1 hour, plus its full charge stays at 78% all the time.
Crap product for a crap price....

This is a great product I use it all the time. It is great for listening to music on. I suggest getting a card with it so you can put music on it along with all the other stuff you are doing.

i bought this Item because i have a busy lifestyle and needed something to keep up with my schedule. I really enjoyed the size of it, it is not to big or to small just the right size. I like the expended memory slot. One of the disadvantage was the atrocious video quality. the videos have the tendency to drag a little it. It is not built in WI-FI but it is an excellent scheduled manager.

I rate this excellent because it was exactly what I needed to simplify my life at work. Scheduling appointments. I didn't need to handwrite them anymore or get messed up on dates. I don't really use it for anything else. The only thing that frustrates me about it, syncing files between it and my computer. I still haven't figured it out with the software and thought I was doing it right, but can never find anthing that was backed up. I only want to back up my appointments onto my computer. Other than me still trying to figure it out, I love it. Just for future reference, there is a second way to reset/reboot your Pocket PC. you hold down the lower outer two button and poke the reset botton on the bottom at the SAME TIME and it unlocks it, if it ever gets locked up. If you do it that way, it's the same thing as setting your Pocket PC back to FACTORY SETTINGS! You will lose everything if you don't back it up.

Love the price. Product was exactly as stated on site. I use this for my Nursing books like my drug guide its fast and easy. Saves me lots of time not having to look things up in a book. Would recommend this product.

Looked brand new and shipped very fast. They also included a very nice case. This seller is everything you are looking for in a vendor.

I wanted a PDA to keep contacts and appointments in and when I saw this one for cheap I thought it would be great to try one out. Ever since I opened the package this PDA has caused me problems and would not work properly. The screen keeps going out of alignment, sometimes it won't turn on, and I constantly have to keep reseting it. The only positive thing I can say is that the seller has stayed in contact with me and tried to help me with the problems. I recently sent it back to the seller to get a different one but after dealing with that one I just want my money back. I don't want to deal with it anymore.

This item has enhanced my already scheduling process with option and additional features, I enjoy it and use it daily, now my children are requesting their own IPAQ.

Product in good condition and very good support after sales. Would not hesitate to buy again from the seller.

I love this Pocet PC! It's great for me when I am always on th go and so much smaller than a laptop. I am still tweeking it a little since I do not have everything that I should but easy to work on. Would have been better if I had all accessories that I needed to be fully "on the go". Overall it is great.

Nothing about this iPAQ was worth any money spent on it. It was corrupted and I was able to download some things to fix the problem but the problem reoccured and has gotten worse. When I checked with another Tech thinking that I was missing something, I was informed that the iPAQ was junk and was probably tossed out by a company that had it previously. The hardware is corrupt and the battery does not hold a charge longer than 20 minutes. A serious virus had been downloaded sometime and was never cleaned out. He recommended a total drive and memory replacement which of course renders this iPAQ absolutely useless and a piece of junk. When I looked at the sellers feedback going way back I see that this seller, greatestauctions4u has a history of selling worthless items and then blaming the buyer for not reading or understanding or not knowing what they were buying. This seller should be banned from selling as he is selling worthless junk. of course he refuses to answer any of my emails and will not reimburse me for this piece of junk.
I bought the thing for my wife who really wanted one. But now I guess I will go buy her a brand new one and will not trust any more sellers on eBay that are selling computer related material.

i bought it because it was the best priced at my price range and my wife wanted it for mothers day and it arrived befor mothers day and he made sure of that i was happy with the man that sold to me he was good at explaining things to me and how ebay worked i am nearly new to this and he was ok this is how its done ty i use ebay all the time now im for good people and ebay.........................

great price, works great. I'm not sure how I functioned before having a pda. I can't wait to expand on it's programs.
