There are some smaller hits on it, but overall, a great CD Set. Probably the only way to get so many of Elton's biggies all in one set

I LISTENED TO ELTON GROWING UP AS A KID. I REALLY NEVER REALLY PAID MUCH THOUGHT TO HIM THEN BUT OVER TIME I LEARNED TO APPRECIATE TRUE MUSIC,SOMETHING THAT IS THIN IN THIS DAY AND AGE. I REKINDLED MY EARLY YEARS WHEN I BOUGHT THIS DOUBLE CD. IT HAS ALL HIS HITS PLUS SOME THAT WEREN'T SO HOT. OVERALL AN EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR A CD. YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU SPENT YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

I bought this cd because I am a big fan of artist and I recently lost some cd's and I am starting to replace the cd's.

A Fabulous Collection of all of Elton John's Greatest Hits. Go down memory lane of the seventies pop british artist who reigned the sound industry way past into the 80's and 90's. A great collection to listen to always!

If you like Elton John, you'll love this CD!!! The CD comes with a colored booklet insert. All of his best hits from 1970 to 2002 are included in the CD.

In the sea of existing Elton's "Greatest Hits" compilations, this 2-CD set is the one that better resumes his career's highlights in my opinion (surely not considering the post-2002 releases). No need to wonder which one of all those available today to choose from.

Personally, I found this release more complete than the others since includes not only his most meaningful hits (although I know a "Greatest Hits" doesn't necessarily include his best songs), but also a booklet which tells interesting facts about his career, including a bunch of photographs from his early years. By the content found both on the CDs and the booklet, one might think - not without a reason - that this release was made targeting specially the US market.

My favorites are: "Your Song", "Crocodile Rock", "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road", "Philadelphia Freedom", "Little Jeannie", "Sad Songs" and "Circle of Life". Today, this compilation costs a little more than the price of a single CD, contains 34 songs, so it's an interesting purchase from the cost-benefit standpoint. It's worth the investment.

I bought this item on ebay, because I looked in all of the discount stores and could not find this CD. I had alot of choices and I choice the seller that had the right price for a new, never used item. I really feel that I can trust the sellers on ebay, and if something goes wrong eBay will help me.

The CD's are all I expected them to be. Elton John is one of the greatest performers/pianists/musician's I've had the opportunity to listen to, during my early years of piano & music lessons. I enjoy his creative nature-especially the songs from the movie, "THE LION KING", his love for Princess Diana & the one he performed at her memorial service..his emotions go into the music he produces & writes, he's a very talented human & I feel blessed to been on earth during this time. Ebay his provided us with some great deals.

I love Elton John, his music is wonderful, brings back alot of memories. I bought this cd because I wanted him in my collection.

I ordered this product on Oct. 17th and still have not recieved it and after a month the company (caiman) finally emailed me and told they shipped it to the wrong place. After sending them my address multiple times, I still get emails from them asking me what exactly it is. They also sent me an email saying that either it would be canceled or sent to me once it came back to their wearhouse. Overall this wasn't worth the trouble and I am extremely unsatisfied with my purchase from them. Don't buy from Caiman.

As of today 12/11/06 I have not received this item. I have contacted the seller
and told him that I would wait till after the Holidays to see if the item arrives. This seller is in Argentina. I have sucsessfully purchased items from the U.K.

Receieved one email from vendor asking me to confirm order number after first email from me asking about shipment. No further response. Billed on October 30 - it is now December 1 and I am out the credit card payment.

I DO HAVE SOME ELTON JOHN'S CD'S. WHEN I SAW THIS I WAS LOOKING FOR HIS LEATEST CD. THE CD WAS AT A GOOD DEAL & PRICE THAT IS WHY I BOUGH IT. I DO NOT DISLIKE ELTON JOHN'S CD. IT HAS REAL GOOD SOUND. IF I FIND ANYTHING ELESE THAT ELTON JOHN HAS DONE I WILL TAKE A LOOK.
