This movie cant be watched enough times! Great action and drama. The action will keep you on your toes til the very end!!!!

I love this movie!! I had it on VHS but wanted it on DVD. I'm excited to add it to my collection. This is a must have movie for everyone!

I love everything about this movie. The story, the sets, the characters which are brought so beautifully to life by the actors. The ending is very sad but that is what makes it even more interesting. After all, it is not a fairy story but a personal portrayal of a Roman General, beloved of his men but betrayed by his country. Found by a slave trader and trained in a Gladitorial school he once again becomes beloved of men and the popular choice of the people of Rome to once again be free. And once again he is betrayed....

One of the best movies ever! Great love story! Just awesome! The soundtrack to the movie is money well spent!

I personally think this movie is one of the best movies out there! If you haven't seen this movie yet, then your missing the action! In this movie, a gladiator is betrayed, his family assainated, he comes to Rome to seek revenge and goes through hell to reach it. Eventually he does but dies fighting the prince who commanded his troops to assassinate his family. He lives in peace with his family in heaven.

Gladiator is an awesome movie. The graphics and story line are great. I rate this movie with an A++.

This is a great movie for everyone. I love it. I decided to buy it because i amalways renting it. "The Gladiator" is set back in the days when they fought like the lions in all the armor and swords.

I'm not a huge Russel Crowe fan, but I must give him his due. This movie, albeit a bit gory at times, is an incredible drama about the culture and historical significance of Rome while also focusing in on the human struggle for honor and integrity as well. Crowe and the cast do an incredible job of bringing the film to life as they play their roles.
Additionally, the seller offered the movie at a great price and it was in great condition. I would recommend this seller again and may buy from them again.

A skillfully presented and acted drama, with plenty of action and intrigue. A Roman general (Russell Crowe), cruelly betrayed, becomes a slave, then a gladiator who earns the opportunity for redemption. An outstanding cast with a powerful musical score make this an extremely entertaining movie. Highly recommended!

"Gladiator" starring Russel Crow has always been one of my favorite movies. It is a story of a well loved general who loses all he has and becomes a slave. He eventually fights his way back to prominence as a gladiator. Through his hardship he never loses his values or his love for his family who have been murdered. He holds onto the words that a dieing king said to him and beleives in the power of the people of Rome. The movie is well directed and draws out emotion from its viewers as well as displaying great detail in the movie's battles. I would reccomend this movie to anyone who enjoys good battle scenes as well as anyone who enjoys storys of losing almost all hope but still able to battle back regardless of the obstacles that stand before you.

One of the best action films of 2000. This has been one of my favorite movies since it hit the DVD shelves. I would highly recommend it.

THE MOVIE WAS THE GLADIATOR, I SAID I WAS GOING TO GIVE IT A TRY I TOLD MY WIFE. I DID AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO SOLD IT TO ME WAS NICE, EVEN CHECKED WITH ME ON WHEN HE MAILED IT AND WHEN ID GET IT. I WILL USE EBAY TO BUY AGAIN. IM NOT SCARED ANYMORE TO TRY IT AGAIN USING MY CREDIT CARD. I RECOMEND THAT IF YOU HAVENT TRIED IT , DO IT!! HAVE A VERY NICE DAY.
